The previous two seasons have been characterized by good results but unfortunately we have not managed to get to the end of the competitions in which we have played.
Some mistakes have been made but surely good luck has not given us any help.

In this period I have completely updated the Database and I am especially satisfied to have found new talents that will be the future owners of the National team!

I therefore know very well both the young talents and the strength and limitations of my titular players. For this reason I would be happy to have the honor of training the national team again to try to improve the results previously achieved and complete my cycle!

The decisive season for our dreams and desires begins!
We hope to be able to achieve a good result in the World Championship to give feedback on all the work done in the past three seasons!

My research work for new players, however, continues and I point out the following situation:

Goalkeepers and midfielders are in short supply for both quality and quantity
Forwards and defenders there are excellent prospects but they must be refined especially in secondary skills.

I hope the managers are sensitive to the needs of the national team and want to complete their players to form an ever stronger team.

Thanks for your trust, it's a great pride!

It's been 4 seasons since I started coaching the Senior National team!

In these 4 seasons many things have happened and I have always felt accepted and an integral part of your community!
For me this is an honor as well as the esteem of many managers with whom we have created a relationship of true friendship!

Last season we achieved a beautiful result such as third place in the World Championship. But the way in which we were defeated first in the semifinals of the World Cup and then in the quarterfinals of the America's Cup left me with great bitterness and anger!

In fact in both games our team was the victim of random events always unfavorable to us despite having played better than our opponent, the random penalized us without mercy or justice!

After a moment in which I thought about leaving the game, my thirst for revenge together with the bond that unites me to the players (some of whom discovered and brought to success under my management) prevailed and I decided to run for the leadership of the Senior National Team which has now also become MY National!

I hope the community will once again give me their trust and the honor of representing them for next season!

With great pleasure and joy I am once again here to ask for your consent and your confidence to lead the national team to the next World Championship!

This qualification was particularly satisfying because it started very badly but then with a wonderful comeback we managed to hit our goal and that is to win the qualifying round.

We are preparing with great enthusiasm and passion to compete in the finals of the World Championship remembering the third place achieved last year with the understanding that if the random was on our side then there would be no limit to dream.

16 szezon után úgy gondolom, eljött az ideje, hogy engedjek nagy vágyamnak, és visszatérjek gyönyörű földetekre, amelyhez mindig is ragaszkodtam!
Nagy megtiszteltetésben részesítettetek azzal, hogy az első külföldi edzőtök lehettem, majd hat egymást követő szezonban rám bíztátok a válogatott vezetését.
Nagy megelégedéssel teli évek voltak ezek, és mindenekelőtt az, hogy sikerült elérnünk a harmadik helyet a világbajnokságon.
Nagy lelkesedéssel és azzal az elkötelezettséggel térek vissza, amely mindig is megkülönböztetett a válogatottak irányításában.
Sok célom van, de mindenekelőtt kettő: kijutni a következő világbajnokságra, megpróbálni túlszárnyalni az előző eredményt, majd javítani a helyezésemet a nemzetközi ranglistán, ahogy Doromb úr már jól teljesített!!
Szívesen fogadok bármilyen magyarázatot, és remélem, hogy a közösség meg akarja újítani a belém vetett bizalmát!

Dear friends
after 16 seasons I think the time has come to indulge my great desire to return to your beautiful land to which I have remained attached!
You have done me the great honor first of all of being your first foreign coach and, then, of trusting me to lead the National team for six consecutive seasons.
They have been years of great satisfactions and one above all of having managed to reach third place in the World Championship.
I return with great enthusiasm and with the commitment that has always distinguished me in the management of National Teams.
The goals are many but above all two: to qualify for the next World Championships, trying to surpass the previous result and then to improve the place in the international ranking as already well done by Mister Doromb!!

Majdnem három napnyi szavazás után látom, hogy nagyon magas volt a részvételi arány, ez mindig jó egy demokratikus választáson!

Mik a tervei a jövőre nézve, hogy erősebbé tegyük csapatunkat?

Folyamatos kapcsolatot kell kiépítenünk az edzőkkel, akiknek a fiatal magyar tehetségek a csapataikban, hogy részletes edzésterveket tanulmányozzanak, amelyek célja a sajátosságaik fejlesztése!

Ezután természetesen követni kell a fiatal U21-esek fejlődését és fejlődését, és folyamatosan figyelni kell a játékosokat.

Mit gondol, hogyan tudunk együtt fejlődni a válogatottal a labdarúgásban?

Ez a kérdés szorosan kapcsolódik az első kérdéshez, mert a tartós versenyképesség fenntartásához a tervezés a csapatfejlesztés alapja.

Ez azt jelenti, hogy meg kell próbálnunk növelni és erősíteni az utánpótlás-iskolákat, amelyek a magyar sokkerian mozgalom rezervoárját jelentik!

Mit ért azalatt, hogy "javítjuk a pozíciónkat a nemzetközi ranglistán", mik a tervei ezzel kapcsolatban? Melyik pozíció reális számunkra?

A következő szezon a világbajnokság selejtezője, amelyre a minimális kvalifikációs célt kell követni, a csoport megnyerését kitűzve célul. Mindez a ranglistán elfoglalt pozíció automatikus javulásához vezet.
A magyar fociról jelenleg szerzett ismereteim alapján az első 5-ös pozíció reális kilátás lehet, bár sosem szabad elfelejtenünk, hogy sajnos a futballteljesítmények néha logikátlan és kontrollálhatatlan véletlenszerűség eredményei. De tudni kell, hogyan kell harcolni ez ellen az őrült véletlenszerűség ellen, és erős elszántságot kell fenntartani!!

Szerinted mi a fontosabb, a taktika vagy a képességek?

Ahogy az igazi fociban is, a taktika alapvető fontosságú, mert ezen keresztül kell fejleszteni a játékosok képességeit.
Szóval számomra a taktikai szempont alapvető és abszolút fontosságú, nem feledkezve meg arról, hogy nemzetközi szinten a képességeknek megfelelőnek kell lenniük, különben még a legjobb taktika sem lehet döntő.

Azt részesíted előnyben, hogy "a saját játékunkat és a játékstílusunkat játsszuk, vagy hogy alkalmazkodjunk az ellenfél taktikájához?"

Egy olyan erős válogatottnak, mint a magyar, saját identitással és ezért pontos játékstílussal kell rendelkeznie, ugyanakkor mindig tanulmányozom az ellenfelet, hogy megpróbáljam kihasználni az ellenfél gyengeségeit apró trükkökkel, vagy bizonyos esetekben teljes felfordulással, hogy meglepjem az ellenfelet.

Szerinted a forma, a tapasztalat stb. fontos (a játékosok esetében)? Mennyire számítanak ezek számodra, például a képességekhez képest?

Úgy vélem, hogy a forma, minden nemzetközi tapasztalatom ellenére, a játékosok teljesítményére leginkább ható paraméter.

Hasonlóképpen, a tapasztalat is fontos szerepet játszik minden játékosnál, de különösen a kapus és a védők szerepében.

Tehát például egy szuperisteni triplacsatár esetében, de kiválónál gyengébb formában, és egy isteni triplacsatár esetében, akinek a formája a mágikusnál gyengébb, kétségtelenül az utóbbit választanám.

Velem is előfordult a válogatottakkal szerzett különböző tapasztalataim során, hogy néhány top játékos nagyon jó teljesítményt nyújtott még viszonylag gyenge formában is.

Remélem, kimerítő válaszokat adtam a kérdéseidre, és minden további tisztázásra szívesen válaszolok.

What are your plans for the future, to make our team stronger?
We need to build continuous relationships with the coaches who have the young Hungarian promises in their teams to study detailed training plans aimed at developing their peculiarities!
Then, of course, follow the progress and development of the young U21s and continuously scout the players.

What do you think, how can we grow with the National team in football?
This question is closely linked to the first question because to maintain lasting competitiveness, planning is the basis of team development.
This means trying to grow and increase the youth schools that are the reservoir of the Hungarian sokkerian movement!

What do you mean by "improving our position in the international ranking", what are your plans in this regard? Which position is realistic for us?
Next season is the World Cup qualification season, for which you have to pursue the minimum qualification objective, setting yourself the goal of winning the group. All this leads to an automatic improvement in the ranking position.
From what I currently know about Hungarian soccer, a top 5 position can be a realistic prospect, although we must never forget that unfortunately soccer performances are sometimes the result of illogical and uncontrollable randomness. But you have to know how to fight against this crazy randomness and maintain a strong determination!!

What do you think is more important, tactics or skills?
Just as in real football, tactics are fundamental because through them you have to enhance the players' skills.
So for me the tactical aspect is fundamental and of absolute importance, without forgetting that at an international level, skills must be adequate, otherwise even the best tactics cannot be decisive.

Do you prefer that "we play our game and our style of play, or that we adapt to the opponent's tactics?"
A strong national team like the Hungarian one must have its own identity and therefore its own precise style of play, however, at the same time I always study the opponent to try to exploit the opponent's weaknesses through small tricks or, in some cases, with complete upheavals to surprise the opponent.

Do you think that form, experience, etc. are important (for players)? How much do they count for you, compared, for example, to skills?
I believe that form, for all my international experience, is the most impactful parameter on the players' performance.
Similarly, experience also plays an important role for all players but especially for the roles of goalkeeper and defenders.
So for example in the case of a superdivine triple striker but in form below excellent and a divine triple striker and in form above magical I would undoubtedly choose the latter.
It also happened to me, during my various experiences with national teams, that some top players had a very good performance even in relatively low form.
