Ahoj všetci !
About me:
My name is Michal and I want to be selected to be the coach of Slovensko u21.
I'm in sokker since 2007 and play always with big commitment and passion.
I have a good club expierence, in last season I played in Polisch first division
but this isn't peak of my possibilities.
I'm really excited with chance to start in this elecions and
maybe to be Coach of your U21 team. To yesterday I starting in Ceska U21 but present coach is stay.
I saw that nobody is starting in your country, it's unacceptable, becouse you have many users and great community.
My point of view:
I like to do tactics, i study a lot my opponent,
and i create tactic also to prevent his possible choices..
I really believe that tactics could do a great difference.
I would also open a weekly thread for the match of that week,
where we can speak about tactic, players and something else to involve the community
I send sk-mails to owners players, who will play.
Objectives:
First we must get quaylifing to WC. Slovensko is enough big and strong to do this.
Second we must prepare players U20 to next WC.
About scouting ... Only I'll take care of it but if somebody want send to me skills his player or
know about other who can play in nation team i will be delighted.
I am a compromise person. I do not do anything in anger.
In first hard games I will use player 20-21 yeras old but later
I play with only U20 player. why ? becouse they get extra traing
and will be better prepeared to WC season. If i won this elecions
i don't hide that want to be a coach in WC season too.

I'm really motivated, and i hope you could help and support me!

Today we get to know this our opponents in qualifying group.
Well it's not easy group. We have one of best team in sokker - Romania. They are very very strong but we are not in a losing position. If we prepare in 100 % and sokker engine little help us we can make suprise.
Next we have two good team Latvija and Chile. They will try fight of second place with us. I think that we are little stronger than they. Both of them have very very good strikers, our duels will be very interesting.
And the end we have two outsiders. Of course I have respect for then but I think that the will fight of 5th place and try to bite points of stronger team :)
