Tout d'abord, je n'ai guère envie (d'autant que je ne suis pas terrible-terrible dans cette langue) d'écrire en Anglais...

tu as effectivement formé Villeret et Kateb. Or, pour le bien de l'équipe de France, nous avons tenté moultes fois d'obtenir leurs caractéristiques mise à jour sans jamais obtenir la moindre réponse de ta part... Les seules infos que nous avions de Villeret étaient celles trouvé sur le forum international...

Comment feras tu ton équipe sans connaître les caractéristiques des joueurs français si tout le monde fait comme toi ?

you actually formed Villeret and Kateb. For the France team, we tried several times to get their updated features without getting any response from you ... The only information that we found were the ones of Villeret on the international forum ...

How will you get your team without knowing the characteristics of French players if everyone is like you?

you keep asking about them every week... my team is full of NT players, and i get 15 mails every week.... a change in 1 skill doesnt make any significant difference, so I only answer those mails once in a while, when i feel that player has changed enough.... And Villeret was on transfer anouncements most of the time so it wasnt a problem.

And about assistant. Well, I like to create tactics on my own, but anyone who would like to help, especially in analysing the opponent is welcome. And of course some1 to translate my texts or of users who cant speak English would be great.

France - Slovensko

well, France is much stronger on paper, however Jeroslav is a very good tactician and has taken them t the finals this year. As you can see match was very close upt to 35~ min where again opponent def got a red card, there wer ealso some injuries involved. I still dont like the use of that wide french winger, as I believe times when those were useful are in the past... And he made 0 assists so it sort of proves my point.

We have in France, and you know it, a tool calledsokker table. Once a week, you just have to connect to it to update your player.
If you can't do this simple thing, and if you consider that one change in one skill is not important, i'm not sure you'll be the one to train french team.

i actually remember about a lot of our mails without any answer and even about some discussions when you were wondering why we were asking for his skills at a moment when you were answering that he was not strong enough to play for his NT ...

i'm quite sure you were worrying about injuries at some of these times ... but i totally agree with savah when he says that most of the times, our updates were coming from Future NT stars topic and not from your answers !!

this is actually something really annoying for me as a french head scout

and i would be happy to hear more about what would you do without knowing the actual players skills if we do vote for you ^^

most of players in senior NT squad are 26+ so their skills dont change, and if they do, 1 skill change is complete nothing on the field.... And i still get mails asking about my 29yo defs every week.. You think that is not annoying? And as for young players, I dont want them to play NT games because of injuries, so I just avoid updating them at all.

you came to us telling that you had trained two of our best midfielders (which is actually the entire truth) and now you tell me that you're not to train NT ...

yes, I have trained two players and thats why I feel sympathies for french NT so thats one of the reasons why I am applying for the job.

If you are unaware, NT coach cant train anything, hes just there to create tactitcs and arrange friendly games.

i think i know what a NT coach should do
