[FR] - Bonjour à tous ! Je suis Elmar. Certains joueurs plus âgés me connaissent probablement déjà. J'ai été entraîneur des moins de 21 ans de France pendant 2 saisons avec pas moins de 10 victoires par saison. Avant cela, j'ai dirigé les équipes d'Azerbaïdjan U21 et A avec les mêmes résultats (pas moins de 10 victoires par saison).

Aujourd'hui, je postule pour l'équipe de France A, mais avec un plan différent. Cette fois-ci, je ne serai pas seul. Nous aurons une équipe de 3 entraîneurs puissants pour travailler ensemble. Nous avons déjà créé l'équipe. Je serai l'entraîneur principal tandis que mon ami kuksa (Kondori) sera avec nous. C'est un vrai génie de la tactique avec 2 médailles d'or et 6 de bronze de la Ligue des champions. Son cerveau nous sera très utile. Notre prochain entraîneur est quelqu'un que vous connaissez très bien :) Il s'agit de Juytt (JU) - un des entraîneurs NT les plus expérimentés qui connaît très bien les joueurs français et leurs caractéristiques.

Si vous nous donnez une chance, nous travaillerons ensemble sur la route de la Coupe du monde. Nous allons essayer différentes tactiques et appliquer toute notre puissance afin d'obtenir les meilleurs résultats au cours des deux prochaines saisons. [EN] - Hello everyone! I am Elmar. Some of older players probably know me already. I had been coach of France U21 for 2 seasons with no less than 10 wins each season. Before that I have managed Azerbaijan U21 and A teams with the same results (no less than 10 wins each season).

Today I am applying for France A team but with a different plan. This time I will not be alone. We will have a team of 3 powerful coaches to work together. We have already created the team. I will be the main coach while my friend kuksa (Kondori) will be with us. He is a true tactic genius with 2 gold and 6 bronze medal from Champions League. His mastermind will be very helpful to us. Our next coach is someone you know very well :) He is juytt (JU) - one of the most experienced NT coaches who knows French players and their characteristics very well.

If you give us a chance we will work together on the road to the World Cup. We will try different tactics and apply all our power in order to get the best results in the next 2 seasons. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask me.

Cela fait plaisir de te revoir, oui je me souviens que ton passage avec les U21 s'était très bien passé, même si cette fois avec les A ce sera un travail et des tactiques différentes.
Si en + cette fois tu viens avec des renforts...J'ai hâte.

Hello everyone. This season I:

- Played 14 games so far with 11 wins, 1 draw and 2 lost
- Took the team to World Cup
- Brought France to 12th in the World ranking from 15
- Tried a lot of new players with different tactics
- Lost only one game in the World Cup Qualifications
- Conceded the least goals in the WCQ tournament (only 10)

Do not really agree with your "tried a lot of new players".

You always played with oldest ones even in easy matches and you did not give any experience to younger players. So far your results are quite good but the guy coming after you will find an unprepared team that is not really fair

Whatever you deserve to play this World cup after your qualification

1. If you read carefully, I said "tried a lot of new players". Which means it could be old too.
2. What do you mean by "unprepared team"? This is a National Team dude, not U21. We are trying to win the World Cup here not train players.
3. When I first started I already mentioned that, I am here for the World Cup. First season I will check all possible players and try new tactics and the second season play in the World Cup. People who voted for me know this.

And that is what I am saying. You make your job ok but the one taking the team after you will have unexperienced players....
Moreover when you are 30yo you do not really care about the training bonus, so again I think your strategy is very selfish and do not take care of the NT future

Do not tell me that against Honduras by exemple we are forced to play with 31 or 33yo guys especially when we know that Vass has not been updated for 2 seasons!!!!! How can you say he his the best when you do not know his real skills!?!

I make my job okay? My friend, I didn't lie nor did I changed my plans after the elections. When I applied for the elections last season I openly and very clearly posted my plans and said that I would only try to bring a World Cup trophy to France again. And if your plan is winning the World Cup you have to use your best players for the whole season trying new tactics and getting ready for the second season for the World Cup. So yes, you have to play with old guys against Honduras too sometimes :)

Just because some of your under 30 players didn't fit my plans, you can not call me selfish. French users have read my plans and voted for me. Nobody pushed their fingers to vote for me.

Haha nobody really chose... Just remember that nobody except you applied....

But how could you know that those guys are "our best players" when they are old and not updated ?
