Brevemente sobre mí ;)
1. Tengo 30 años
2. En Sokker desde 2006, con bastante experiencia como entrenador de club y Selecciones (25 temporadas en club -> 20 trofeos!)
3. He sido seleccionador de:
- Irlanda [2 temporadas] ->
1ª temporada clasificación de Eire al Mundial [primera vez que Eire consiguió clasificarse para la fase final del Mundial, y la única hasta ahora!]. 2ª temporada casi pasando a las eliminatorias, que no pudo ser por... 1 gol.
- Polonia [4 temporadas] -> clasificación dos veces [que es un deber en PL;)] al Mundial.
1ª campaña fuimos al grupo de la muerte con Holanda, Estonia e Italia. A pesar de eso me clasifiqué para eliminatorias en primer puesto. Entonces desafortunadamente perdí con Croacia [dos tarjetas rojas en los minutos 14' y 24' me dejaron sin opciones].
2ª campaña gané todos los partidos del grupo para la clasificación al Mundial. En eliminatorias sucesivamente gané a Holanda y Hungria y entonces hice frente a Rumanía en 1/2 finales... que me paró.
Sin embargo, ha sido la Polonia más exitosa en los últimos 3 años en Sokker! En último Mundial que ganó Polonia fue en 3.10.2010!
4. He participado 2 veces en la Euro u27. En la primera edición acabé en 4º lugar. En la segunda edición gané.
5. En adición, gané in mi primera temporada en la Ekstraklasa (Primera División de Polonia) la copa de plata. También participé en la International Arcade Cup vol 2 and vol 3, donde gané las dos últimas ediciones. Allí jugaron usuarios realmente bien conocidos [p. ej.. DoTheDew, Guy Fink, Brana, Smurf, Kobra_79, MP, Adaca, CapJackSparrow, Fanakick etc...]
6. Para resumir mi última temporada:
- copa de plata en la Ekstraklasa
- trofeo de bronce en el Mundial con Polonia
- trofeo de oro en la Euro u27 con Polonia
- trofeo de oro en dos torneos "International Arcade Cup vol 2 and vol 3."
Mi plan para España:
Actualmente España es la 22 en el ranking de Sokker. Mi principal objetivo para la próxima temporada es ascender a España al Top 16, y por supuesto, clasificarla para la fase final del Mundial. Ascender es cosa que en mi opinión España se merece. Haré todo lo que esté en mi mano para conseguirlo. También España ganó su último trofeo en el Mundial en 2008: puede ser el momento de cambiar eso.
En el último Mundial España no estuvo ahí. Esto es inaceptable! Es una pena que España no esté en el Top 16, porque clasificarse para el Mudial sería algo más fácil. Sería más facil también para luchar también por el pot alto para los grupos del Mundial. No parece que esto tenga visos de cambiar. Hay que luchar :)
Esa es mi visión. Si compartes esta visión para España, por favor votadme. La elección es vuestra :) Votarme ciertamente no será malgastar el voto!

Hello.
My name is Bartek, I'm 30 years old. In the SK I play for 7 years so I have many experience in the game. 25 season in club -> 20 ending with trophy -> 8x gold, 9x silver, 3x bronze. In first season in Polska Ekstraklasa -> silver trophy!
At this time I was a coach NT:
Ireland (2 season) - in first season I qualify with Eire to World Cup. Then Ireland played for the first time in the history in Finals World Cup, so far only one! To the qualify to the PO phase ran out of... 1 goal. But it was still a great success as a small community and then Ireland be classified on 41 in the ranking SK.
Poland - (4 season) - first season was hard for me, but I qualify to WC and then we got to the group of death with Netherlands, Eesti and Italy. However I qualify to the PO from the first place. Unfortunately, in 1/4 Finals came to me this game: CLICK. First red card in 14', second 24' -> I had any chance, 3:1 and end WC for me.
This motivated me to start in the next elections in Poland. I won them. Then I win all matches in group and qualify to the World Cup CLICK. In phase PO successively defeated Netherland and Hungaryand then I came to Romania in 1/2 Finals... he stopped me.
However, it's still the most successful Poland in the last three years in SK! Last Cup from World Cup Poland won in 3.10.2010!
I also took part twice in the Euro u27. First edition I end to the 4th place. The second edition I won. It's certainly my satisfaction. However, the goal for me it was gold at the World Cup. Unfortunately, it failed. I have a bronze from World Cup and gold from Euro u27 - I have no right to complain;)
In addition I won in my first season in Polska Ekstraklasa silver cup. I also took part in the International Arcade Cup vol 2 and vol 3. I won last two edition. They played really well known there user [i.a. DoTheDew, Guy Fink, Brana, Smurf, Kobra_79, MP, Adaca, CapJackSparrow, Fanakick etc...]
To sum up my last season:
- silver trophy in Polska Ekstraklasa
- bronze trophy in World Cup with Poland
- gold trophy in Euro u27 with Poland
- gold trophy from two tournaments "International Arcade Cup vol 2 and vol 3."
That's my plan for Espana:
When it comes to working with the team -> I do not do anything in haste. Everything must be thought out, arranged. As for tactics, I'm versatile. I like to set up new tactics, set in 'the opponent'. There is no one perfect setting. We must constantly seek new solutions:) If I win the NT election I will give it 100% and not disappoint Yours expectations. I count on Yours support.
The plan for the upcoming season is simple:
1) Selection of players for World Cup Qualifying:
The upcoming season is a time WCQ. So first weeks I would like to use it for orientation in situation of the players in Espana and try out tactics in first twice matches in WCQ, for this game we must be prepared for 100%, because it's very important matches in qualify. The first weeks is also the time to find common language with the national managers. I would not do anything against the club managers. It's known that a good atmosphere on the line: coach NT - coach club is very important. I would like to cooperate and not interfere. I hope that this is the way to go. For the good of Espana:)
2) qualify for the WORLD CUP FINALS!:
Currently, Espana is 22 in SK Rank. My main plan for the coming season is promoted Espana for the TOP 16 and ofcours - qualify to World Cup Finals. Promotion, which according to me Espana deserves. I will do everything in my power to do so. 30-11-2008 Espana won the last trophy in World Cup. Time to change:)
At the recent World Cup Espana was not there. This is unacceptable! It's a pity that there is no Espana in TOP16, because qualify to WC would be easier. Easier would be also to fight for high pot in draw for the World Cup groups. Nothing, however, don't change it now. We need to fight:)
3) all Espana players in once places -> database all Espana players!:
In the last week I finished the matter of creating a new database of players for the NT Espana, database is done. Also, no player will not miss my mind:) I'll be sure that they play the best players. As we can see the start of the election and possible running NT Espana I take really seriously. I would like to achieve many successes with Espana, inclusive to promotion to the WC. Everything must be done gradually, however, in stages.
Getting back to Polska Asocation - where they work best Polish managers, who have worked with many NT of the World. Former coaches: Poland, Italy, Netherland, Canada, Australia, Poland U21, Estonia U21, Belgium U21, etc... As we can see 'coaching workshop' I have a very good and I can use it as shown by my results in the club and NT.
That's my vision. If You correspond to this vision of Espana - please vote for me. The choice is Yours:) Vote for me, certainly not be wasted vote!

Gran cosa ver que un candidato internacional de competencia y capacidad para llevar bien una Selección demostradas se interesa por la nuestra, y presenta un proyecto serio y puede expone méritos existentes y demostrables que ofrezacn ciertas garantias.

Nope ^^. Este es de todas formas el hilo de una candidatura, así que mejor no liarlo más que con cosas pertinentes sobre ella, y respondo a esos comentarios en el hilo general.
Bueno, a continuación algunas preguntas. Si quieres puedes tratar de pillarlas y responderlas en español (con ayuda de algún traductor on-line) para practicar, aunque las añado también abajo en inglés.

1) The plan is one - qualify to the World Cup Finals. I would like to do it in the best style, then we will be draw from high pot on World Cup. Certainly all the matches QWC I'll play in the strongest squad of what will be possible. I have several tactics. There is no one good setting. In one match 'works' WING, otherwise you have to play the ball perpendicular. You have to watch rivals .
2) Sparings rivals I start to look after the draw groups QWC [next saturday]. In next season will be not the Tournament Euro, so I'd like to play friendly matches with 2-3 strong teams [TOP16]. How will the team - it turns out after the draw. I don't want to play friendlies against teams that will be with us in the group QWC.
According to me there is no point playing u25/u26. Such a player does not get too much training, and is prone to injury. Better to let the trains at the club and there is popped. Training in the National Team is cost effective but for u-21, not for first NT. That is my opinion, therefore closer to me to play Espana B, than U-xx.
3) The skill players can't go beyond the owner and national coach. It is in my opinion a very important thing and first rules. If I'll take seriously the owners, I think that I also they will treat me. I would not do anything against the club managers. It's known that a good atmosphere on the line: coach NT - coach club is very important. I would like to cooperate and not interfere. I hope that this is the way to go. Only in closed forum the skills players certainly maybe will be see. So in all I've at club two Spainish def :) The shame Grandio falls in the form...
4) I watched Espana from the 2 seasons. You have a lot of potential in personal, but the results of the last seasons not the best . I think I can give you a new perspective on some things. I know that the Spaniards have the temperament, they are big expectations. However, such pressure motivates me, and not paralyzed. 30-11-2008 Espana won the last trophy in World Cup. Time to change:) At the recent World Cup Espana was not there. This is unacceptable!
Certainly will be announcement Match NT. I would like to appear 'Bet match NT', in which the grand prize would be a PLUS 6 month. I think it's real plan.
5) Greg ... man spectrum:P In my opinion Sokker potential was wasted. This game still 3-4 years ago had a great future. Now, from season to season is getting worse. Users wanes. But it can not be otherwise, when a guy asks to wait for the game 300 seconds... After all, this is suicide!
As for the ME is difficult. Certainly more difficult than the previous one, where have enough wing and You could win 90% matches. Now you have a little think, is more game combination. Unfortunately, it is also more randomness in my opinion. And this is the worst in the new ME. However, my results from previous seasons confirm that I possessed it;)

1 ) El plan es uno - clasificar para las finales de la Copa Mundial. Me gustaría hacerlo en el mejor estilo , entonces entrariamos en el pot alto en la Copa del Mundo. Ciertamente, todos los partidos de clasificación WC los jugaré con el equipo más fuerte posible. Tengo varias tácticas. No hay un planteamiento buno único. En uno partido pued 'funcionar' WING[extremo], en otros al contrario jugar la pelota perpendicular. Habrá que mirar los rivales.
2 ) Buscar rivales (para amistosos) empezaría despues de salir los grupos de clasificación WC [sábado próximo]. En la próxima temporada no hay Torneo Euro torneo , así que me gustaría jugar partidos amistosos con 2-3 equipos fuertes [TOP16]. Cuáles serán los equipos - veremos después del sorteo. Yo no quiero jugar partidos amistosos contra equipos que estarán con nosotros en el grupo de calificación WC.
Según mí parecer no hay mucho sentido en jugar u25/u26. Dichos jugadores no consiguen demasiado entrenamiento , y son propensos a las lesiones. Mejor dejar que los entrenen en el club y que suban [habilidades]. El entrenamiento en la Selección Nacional es rentable, pero para u-21, no tanto para el primer NT. Esa es mi opinión, por lo tanto estaría más cerca de mi criterio para jugar un Espana B, mejor que U -xx .
3 ) Los jugadores habilidadosos no pueden ir más allá del dueño y entrenador nacional. Es en mi opinión una cosa muy importante y una primera regla. Si voy a tomar en serio a los dueños, creo que también me van a tratar así. Yo no haría nada en contra de los managers de los clubes. Se sabe que un buen ambiente en la línea: seleccionador NT - entrenadores de los clubs es muy importante. Me gustaría colaborar y no interferir . Espero que este es el camino a seguir. Sólo en el foro cerrado [Asociación] quizás las habilidades de los jugadores se podrían ver.
4 ) Observé a Espana en las 2 temporadas últimas. Tienen un gran potencial en personal, pero los resultados de las últimas temporadas no son los mejores. Pienso que puedo darle una nueva perspectiva sobre algunas cosas. Sé que los españoles tienen temperamento, y grandes las expectativas . Sin embargo , esa presión me motiva , y no paraliza. En 30-11-2008 España ganó el último trofeo en la Copa del Mundo. Es hora de cambiar :) En la reciente Copa Mundial de España no estaba allí. Esto es inaceptable !
5 ) Greg ... hombre espectro :P En mi opinión el potenciar de Sokker se desperdicia. Este juego aún hace 3-4 años tenía un gran futuro . Ahora, de temporada en temporada está empeorando . Los usuarios se desvanecen. Pero no puede ser de otra manera, cuando un hombre pide que espere a que el juego 300 segundos ... Después de todo, esto es un suicidio!
En cuanto al ME es difícil. Sin duda más difícil que el anterior, donde con un alto wing [extremo] podía ganar 90% de los partidos. Ahora hay que pensar un poco, y hay más combinaciones de juego. Por desgracia, también hay más aleatoriedad en mi opinión. Y esto es lo peor en el nuevo ME . Sin embargo , mis resultados de las temporadas anteriores confirman que algo lo domino ;)
