Subject: [U21] Fabbrogas

Olá a todos,
Provavelmente alguns já me conhecem, já fui o treinador do brasileiro Sub-21 há algumas temporadas com ótimos resultados e gostei muito da comunidade aqui!

Eu tinha uma ótima equipe que realmente me ajudou a passar pela Copa do Mundo e continuou o trabalho nas próximas temporadas, como o Woody.

Depois de algumas temporadas, recebi alguns dias atrás uma proposta para tentar novamente ser o seu treinador na Sub-21.
Deixe-me dizer-lhe que foi um grande prazer receber esse convite e depois de alguns momentos para pensar nisso, decidi aceitá-lo.

Apenas para lhe dar um conhecimento geral do que eu alcancei até agora, nesta temporada eu alcancei o B Serie com a equipe e no passado eu fui o técnico da Tailândia, Itália, Bélgica e Brasil, todos os Sub-21.
Cheguei a final uma vez com a Bélgica e semifinal com o Brasil.

Eu acho que isso resume um pouco de tudo.

Hi everyone,
probably some of may know me already, I've been the coach of the Brasilian U21 a few seasons ago with great results and I really enjoyed the community here!

I had a great staff who really helped me going through the World Cup and continued the work in the next seasons, like Woody.

After some seasons, I received a few days ago a proposal to try again to be your coach in the U21.
Let me tell you that it was a great pleasure to receive such an invitation and after a few moments to think about it I decided to accept it.

Just to give you a overall knowledge of what I acheived so far, this season I reached the B Serie with the team and in the past I've been the coach of Thailand, Italy, Belgium and Brasil, all U21.
I reached the final once with Belgium and semifinal with Brasil.

I think this summs up a bit of everything.

NEW SEASON

I applied for a new season with the Brasilian U21.
There are a lot of reasons behind this choice, but I will limit

-this has been a great season, we achieved the bronze medal in the World Cup (once again, 2 bronze medal with Brazil out of 2 World Cups) and we are in the semifinal of the Copa America
-we have a good team coming up, some flaws here and there but I'm confident that we can work on that
-Danillo is hosting a contest and he's going to giveaway a plus for 3 months. I'm one of the possible winners of the contest and for sure I would like to use this gift (if I win) to help the Brazilian community back

As usual, I'm open to questions and debate, so feel free to message!

Candidatei-me a uma nova temporada no Brasil Sub-21.
Há muitas razões por trás dessa escolha, mas vou limitar

- esta foi uma ótima temporada, conquistamos a medalha de bronze na Copa do Mundo (mais uma vez, 2 medalhas de bronze com o Brasil em duas Copas do Mundo) e estamos na semifinal da Copa América
- temos uma boa equipe chegando, algumas falhas aqui e ali, mas estou confiante de que podemos trabalhar nisso
-Danillo está organizando um concurso e ele vai oferecer uma vantagem por 3 meses. Sou um dos possíveis vencedores do concurso e com certeza gostaria de usar este presente (se ganhar) para ajudar a comunidade brasileira a voltar

Apenas por questão de atraso na candidatura. Temos um técnico no meio do trabalho que classificou o time e foi participativo.

It's not a problem mate!
In the moment that I applied for the position, I noticed that he did not candidate yet and i was asked to join, so i said "why not".
But yeah, I'm aware that now that he showed up he has the right to play the cup of course!

If it's needed (and if you think it's better) I'll take the candidacy down, but I don't really think it will be an issue for him :)

Não vejo motivos para vc sair, no fim quem decide é o povo, então deixem o povo decidir!

Não fale assim com o meu concorrente. Ele pode concorrer e se o pessoal achar que ele é mais capacitado que eu, bem que votem.

Eu me vejo como o técnico que sobrou e está acima de qualquer dúvida, apesar de críticas sem respaldo nenhum em resultado ou desempenho.

Too bad that you don't have PLUS. We can play against with other. Our teams are seemed.

Yeah, I never had plus actually but it's never been a problem.
We can plan some games oat the end of the national cup if you want to :)

But this way we can't show our styles to the crowd...

Eu não disse que ele deveria sair... Disse que não era um bom momento e realmente não é.

Provavelmente perderia e mesmo que vencesse sofreria muita pressão. Ele pode voltar em uma momento mais adequado no qual terá mais chances de vencer e trabalhar com tranquilidade.
