My plans
Tactical phase
I believe in a strong defence made up of 4 or 5 players in line setting.
But I'm open to change according to players and matches.
Database
I would like add to the existing database (if it exists), a page with the best players as in the Italian model.
Mentoring
I'll create a group of experienced mentors to help and to monitor new members and to the community grows.

I don't understand if you refer to my team or the South Africa's.
In the first case, I don't have a third keeper for budgetary reasons.
In the second case, I'm not the present coach of South Africa, so I don't know skills of the players. But I think there are some minimum skills that a player must have to be a national player. These skills are different for each national, and if there are not three keepers with such skills, will be convened only two.
Of course for a third keeper, the skills (especially the secondary) are not so rigid.

really there is no a true reason why I chose South Africa ....
I was looking for new challenges and South Africa looked to me an exciting one: not yet a great team, but with great potential.
If I'll become your coach, I can't promise to win world cups or somethingh like thath, cause I should be a stupid.
I promise to help to grow and improve the team. how? Increasing community: you can not have a great team with few users, so in my plans the first thing to do is organize a mentoring service.
In this way, new users will not leave the game and will soon learn how to train their players and how to create a good team of coaches.
So what I promise, with my staff, is to grow the community, so also the South Africa selections will grow.
