Hi.
My name is Michal, I'm 29, working in IT.
I started to play Sokker in April 2004, in 2007 I become Admin.
During over 4 years I learned this game very well, and gained huge experience.
In past, I was National Team coach two times - with Slovenija.
My achievements as manager
- 1/2 Final of Polish Cup (this season)
- 2nd place in best 2nd div. (this season)
(you know how hard is to compete in both - league and cup in one season)
- 1/4 Final Polish Cup
- few seasons in 2nd polish division.
- won 3rd division (4 times)
- won 4th division (1 time)
- This season I won games with former Polish NT coaches and past Champions (Shadow, Blais, Sloma, Kobinalewka)
as NT coach
- qualify with Slovenija to World Cup Finals
My goals as National Team coach
Norge is actually at 38 place in World Ranking. I think there is much more potential.
- As NT caoch I'll try to climb to minimum to first 30 (maybe 25).
- I'm going to play same matches with senior squad, and some with young players (U23, U21, U18).
- I'll try to set up games with different strenght countries. (Very strong - to test our defence, weaker to test our offensive ability)
My staff:
- tactical advisor - Krikos (Won this season Polish Championship)
- I'm looking for some Norge scouts (I you want to help me - please sk-mail)
I'm always open for your suggestions and ideas.
If I win, it will be not dull NT season - I hope.
