Yeah I guess so :) rather many English-speaking people in Belgie comparing to other countries...maybe excluding England, USA etc...;)

6. Hoe ga je de dalende users problematiek aanpakken?
Of moet je als NT coach geen aandacht besteden hieraan?

7. Wat vind jij de belangrijkste bijstats voor een verdediger en verklaar waarom.

8/ tettn of geen tettn?

9/ kennis van het Frans? We hebben een groeiende Franstalige sector he ;) Niet supergroot, maar 10 stemmen voor of tegen je maken toch 20 stemmen verschil uit ;) Dus communicatie met hen is belangrijk vind ik.

10/ je speelt tegen een team van het niveau Osterreich (Oostenrijk). Ik ga er van uit dat je met 4 defs speelt.
Wie zet je als vleugelverdediger en waarom en welk order (Def, att, ...) geef je ze? Ik weet dat de skills te laag zijn, maar het gaat om het idee ;)

A:

formidabel techniek, uitstekend pm
solide passen, redelijk scoren

B:

11. Vind je dat een kandidaat-bondscoach zich moet bewijzen door tijd en energie te steken in het beantwoorden van allerlei (soms vrij pietlutterige) vragen om zijn kunde te bewijzen of ben je eerder van oordeel dat een mooie staat-van-dienst voor zich spreekt?

Do you think a candidate-NC has to prove himself by putting time and lots of effort in answering questions from a lot of questions (sometimes stupid ones) to prove his capable of being a good coach or do you think a beautiful record of achievements is good enough?

Ik zal ook eens een vraag stellen;)

14: Beste bondscoach, je bent wel al ervaren in het maken van tacktieken voor je eigen ploeg. Maar opeens krijg je een bende superspelers voor de voeten geworpen. Hoe begin je aan het uitwerken van een tactiek in functie van al die sterren die je tot je beschikking hebt gekregen? Met welke linie begin je? Welke tactische hoogstandjes zijn voor U belangrijk. Waar besteed je enorm veel belang aan?
En dit alles zonder dat je weet wie je tegenstander is. Dus je kan niet scouten!!!
ok, ik weet dat dit absurd is maar ik wil eens weten van al die kandidaten hoe ze dit alles willen aanpakken.

10) you are playing against a team like Austria ( that kind of strenght of team) .... I assume you play with 4 defs , who will play as wingdef and why and which order (def, mid ....) you give them ? I know the skills are too low, but it is all about the idea ...

dear BC, you have gained allready enough experience in making tactics for your team . Suddenly you get a lot of superplayers ... how do you start with making a tactic for those superplayers .... You start with defense ?? .... which tactic do you prefer ???
and this all without knowing who is syour competitor ... so no scouting !!!
OK, I know this is absurd but i wanne know from all candidates how they will do this

15/ If you use a winger, how do you field your strikers? Crossing, 2 strikers on different height, on 2nd post, 1 on first and one central in front of the goal, ...

16) how do you play versus weak oponents? you give some B players a chance? What tactic do you use against them?

16) hoe speel je tegen zwakke tegenstanders? geef je enkele B spelers een kans? Welke tacktiek gebruik je tegen hen?

17) Do you think you'll have enough time to manage the NT besides your own team?
