I've started with 3 season work with Australia. Then I've been chosen in Eesti and after that - in Poland.

I think that my ambitions as NT are not fulfiled. I want to achieve something really big with the senior NT. Ok, I've won 2 World Cups with Poland. But it was only Poland. I want to make something big - make Poland suffer of not winning the World Cup :] I was always thinking about it and hoping to do so. I think that I have the DNA of the winner, which you can see in my club - always fighting, generally almost always playing on too high level for my players, trying to get advantage by tactics. And that will be useful against Poland. What's more - I know skills of Polish players, and know how the NT coach of Poland plays - let's say I've been something like his tutor some time ago.

My experience:
*2 season of being NT coach of Australia. And during this time Australia got from position nr. 48 in the NT rank to 28!
*2 season of being NT coach of Eesti. During this time I've won 20 times, drawn 2 times and lost 5 times. I have also managed to improve the rank from place nr. 15 to nr. 7. I've also helped Eesti to win bronze medal at u21 World Cup. Eesti scored 90 goals and lost 30 goals.
*1 season being NT coach of Polska. I've won World Cup, u21 World Cup and I also kept 1st place in the rank.

As for the club, I've managed to win my 3rd league with very young team, and got to 2nd league with big promotion game. 15:4 in shots, 4 goals of Enzo in 5:3 result[got a red card and 2 penalties against my team].

What do I promise if I win?
*I promise, that Belgie will struggle to win the World Cup. That the players will fight to death :]
*I'll make a Bet Competition, with a plus for the winner + maybe a game in which users will be able to choose one of their players to play in NT[in case if there won't be u21 World Cup and plenty of friendlies]
*I'll be doing [NT]Stats - best scorers, best assistants
*I'll also make what I've done in Poland this year. Users will choose best player of each position in the NT game and after season I'll post the best eleven of the season.
*I'll make gif with goals :)

I think that generally that's it. Most of you know me, and I really hope that you will give me a chance to make Belgie win. I will try really hard if you will give me the chance. Thanks for all of your votes, I appreciate them.

Question exclusivly for you :): Polska-Belgium, world cup final if you want, why would you want your homecountry Poland to lose the game?

There are few reasons.

Main one - almost everyone in Poland thinks that winning a game with Polska is easy, no matter who is the coach. Beating Poland will make people see what is really happening, that other NTs are coming closer, and what goes with it - more people would be interested in NT. Now it's just like you know - "oh, I don't bother about watching the game, they will win anyway, what's the sense of watching it".

Another one - probably the NT coach of Polska will be my good fellow Raul. Would be nice to beat him ;-)

Third one - Enzo would have gold WC medal ^^

Fourth - I really like Belgie, one of my favourite NTs along with Australia so it would be nice to see Red Devils on the top :]

Well, it might sound funny but I like criticism. I prefer to be criticised than to hear "you are great" etc all the time. Why? Because thanks to the criticism you can learn a lot. I'm not alfa&omega, I make mistakes. Talking is the key to improvement. What will I do - I will talk. Exchange arguments, agree that I made mistakes but also fight hard if I will be sure that I was right in some case. I'm open minded, and really like critic. When I was Eesti, or Poland coach I was asking for comments about the game, about what was good and what was not.

Divine GK/magical pace/excellent passing. Passing is not that useful for keeper - excellent is good enough. What's more, for defs - highest possible def and pace on left and right side to stop the winger(s). For central defs also technique will be important because Poland makes many through passes thanks to high playmaking. As for strikers - depends. If I decide to concentrate attacks on the wing then striker skill will be very important. If I decide to defeat the opponent by through passes - pace+tech.

3)What do you want to achieve with our NT?

Golden medal of World Cup! Not that easy though..and at least a bronze/silver medal, much depends on when we meet Poland...:( But I won't be afraid of Poland. Belgie can win with Poland. We can't think that there is no chance to do so, because that will lead to defeat. We must be optimistic.

4)What would you liked to be added to sokker (only one choice)?

Hm...only one - hard choice. Of course as someone starting for NT coach I should choose 2nd or 3rd option. But u-teams would be really good for improving number of users, at least I think so. Let me say it in this way - it is a good thing in my opinion and should be added - now or in 6, 12 months. Options nr. 2 and nr. 3 should be already added long time ago!

5)What's the most important you've ever achieved with your own team? Do you have NT experience, what have you achieved till now?

With my team - I always had too weak team for the league I played in :) and I was always doing well, no matter whether it was 4th or 3rd league. In the National Cup as IVth league team I defeated team from 2nd league and what is more - the creator of sokker, damian :) got beaten by future winner Julius.
As NT coach - World Cup winner with Polska, u21 World Cup winner with Polska. Bronze medal of u21 World Cup with Eesti. Always improving in the rank. Details are in the speech :)

I think it is not the responsibility of NT coach to do so. NT coach has other, like winning games, making users interested in national team.

But I will try to gain some users. As NT coach of Australia I was searching for users via internet communicators, but it wasn't that well working. I think it would be good to 'attack' the forums, make a good presentation about sk, with some screens and maybe video and paste it to forums, especially those connected with sport.

7. What do you think are the most important side stats for a defender? Explain why.

Which defender? It does matter, as well as what the tactic is being used[number of defs, offside trap yes/no etc.].

In 5 def tactic for a side def, I'd stick with high playmaking, little bit lower passing, lowest technique.
In 5 def tactic for centre def I'd go with as high technique as possible, then playmaking and passing as almost not important.

In 4 def tactic for a side def: playmaking little higher than technique, passing lowest.
In 4 def tactic for a centre def: highest technique, then playmaking, almost no passing.

In 3 def tactic both side and centre def with highest technique, then playmaking, almost no passing.

As you can see I almost don't see passing essential for a def. BUT IO think it is useful for side defs when there is a high winger on the same side, so that the def can make a long through pass on the wing[it's almost always empty]. :)

Also passing is useful when playing with an offside trap and attacking with fast counterattacks, using wing or central playmaker so the def with passing will make a good pass which is crucial in this kind of tactic.

Why technique for central def - I think that's quite obvious. Higher tech = the ball bounces more rarely when the def is approaching it. If the ball bounces from a central def then it usually ends with a 1 on 1/penalty/foul before the penalty box.

Playmaking - on PM depends where the def will kick the ball. Without passing he will pass the ball forward, though sometimes it will just go to clear space and mids will fight for it. But def without pm but with pace will very often kick the ball for a throw in which is a really bad thing.

8) :p it depends on what do you mean by boobs or no boobs. If literally NO boobs...the boobs of course :)) though not monstrous...just quite normal :)

9) Umm...mon francais ne pas tres bien, mais je vais avoir des classes de Français cette année aux études, 3 heures par semaine ainsi je pense qu'il améliorera beaucoup. Les trois années instruites déjà mais ont oublié beaucoup…
