Will respond to questions nr. 10 as soon as possible, at the moment the other one's:
11.
Do you think a candidate-NC has to prove himself by putting time and lots of effort in answering questions from a lot of questions (sometimes stupid ones) to prove his capable of being a good coach or do you think a beautiful record of achievements is good enough?
I think responding to questions is absolutely needed. Achievements are achievements, but electors should know what is the plan of the coach, what strategy in playing does he like, what is his knowledge about how the skills work etc.
12. Today België conceded a goal against Nederland. What do you think is the cause of this goal?
The cause? Beautiful through pass ;-) not really much to do to make those goals not happen. A good thing is a def mid who often stops the through balls, but it's not that good idea to play 5 defs + a def mid near the defs. The reason why there was a goal is that Belgie was going with an action, there was a little mess in the def position because of the disproportions of their pace and the action that was before the goal action. Nothing to do about it really, through passes are just deadly - that's all.
13. In your defense (4 or 5 man defense), do you like your players all to have equal pace or some more then others?
It depends. If using offside traps - then yes, equal pace is quite valuable. But I think that side defs might have higher pace because offside trap is generally about making strikers stay on offside, the wingers really rarely are placed so high. The key is to make central defs[2/3] be in the same line, the side defs can be higher than they, especially in 5 man defense.

I guess I missed out your question? :s
Enzo play's every match, even if you need him in league???
If he's needed in NT - he plays in NT. I only ask to give a free week to my NT players if they are not seriously needed in the NT and I really need them to play in the league/cup. If a player is needed badly both in NT and club, then NT is more important, just like in real football...

10) you are playing against a team like Austria ( that kind of strenght of team) .... I assume you play with 4 defs , who will play as wingdef and why and which order (def, mid ....) you give them ? I know the skills are too low, but it is all about the idea ...
A :
formidable stamina, hopeless keeper
incredible pace, magical def
formidable tech, excellent pm
solid passing, adequate scorer
B:
formi stamina, tragic gk,
magical pace, brilliant def
average tech, incredible pm
outstanding passing, bad scoren
C:
formi stamina, bad gk
brilliant pace, magical def
outstanding tech, adequate pm
incredible passen, very good scoren
I should choose only one? Ok then :)
In my vision of 442 wing-def should be fast because on the pace often depends whether he will tackle up front or from side, or from the back which is quite crucial. We all know what power there is in high wingers...
I think that from this selection I would choose B. Of course the defence level is quite low, but:
A - he is too slow. Incredible is not enough for side def.
C - only adequate playmaking = lots of kicks to throw ins which are were dangerous.
So it is B. The defence is quite low, as well as technique...I was going to choose C, but this playmaking would make a lot of problems during the game if there was a winger on his side. Hard choice I must say :)

dear BC, you have gained allready enough experience in making tactics for your team . Suddenly you get a lot of superplayers ... how do you start with making a tactic for those superplayers .... You start with defense ?? .... which tactic do you prefer ???
and this all without knowing who is syour competitor ... so no scouting !!!
OK, I know this is absurd but i wanne know from all candidates how they will do this
I guess I had a good enough contac with superplayers while BC of Poland so it's quite an odd question, for me of course - in general it's a very good one and I usually ask a similar one in Polish elections :)
I suspect that would happen at World Cup so it would be at least good opponent, at best - Italy, or Poland. That means the tactic would have to be well balanced - not too offensive, not too defensive. I think with a high winger. Why high winger? It helps when your opponent plays with offside trap. When your strikers are on offside trap, then the winger is usually lower than they = not on offside. That gives the mids the possibility to pass to someone who is not offside. Now, as for defence I would be choosing between two options - 4 defs(offside trap off) and 5 defs(offside trap on). 5 def offside trap would be really good, as probably the only way to break it would be to make a through pass..or dribble one of the defs up front which isn't quite usual to see when Belgie is on the field. Also it would cover the quite possible high winger well - nowadays almost every semi/high level NT has a good one for this position. Another advantage of playing this way would be fast regaining of the ball = more ball possession = more actions = more opportunities to score goals :)
4 def tactic would be quite risky, and there surely should not be an offside trap working - too dangerous.

15/ If you use a winger, how do you field your strikers? Crossing, 2 strikers on different height, on 2nd post, 1 on first and one central in front of the goal, ...
Hm...always one guy on the second post. There's often much free space out there, let me just show you the gif's from the goals I scored in this season.
nr. 1
nr. 2
But placing near the 1st post is always a goode idea as well. nr. 1
Generally, it depends on tactic. With 3 strikers I tend to place them on left, centre and right, with the centre one a half square lower than the rest. With 2 strikers - one in the centre, and one on the far or near post, depending on what the opponent played like in previous games.
16) how do you play versus weak oponents? you give some B players a chance? What tactic do you use against them?
Depends on what do you mean by weak? I guess you mean teams like Singapore etc, who Belgie will meet next season in the quals?
I think that I might ask the society too choose. I like to play with B-team, or Under team, for example u21, u22. Maybe I'll try to make a tribute game to the Silver u-21 Belgie team and have a game against that team of Poland :) There are lots of ideas. Maybe an A-team with very, very offensive tactic? :)

17) Do you think you'll have enough time to manage the NT besides your own team?
If I wasn't sure I'll have the time I wouldn't candidate. I'm sure :)
18) Will you win the World cup
No idea :D I guess no one can say that he will win the WC. I can only say that I will do everything possible to win it.

19)
What will you do if you win the election.
The boring "Thank you everybody for your vote" or giving a big celebration with beer and woman?
If there will be a celebration: where and when? :)
Well, the voting ends tomorrow and at monday morning I'm having practice at my studies so I should be in good shape. This means just a few beers :)
