My name is Michał, in sokker I'm known as borkos007. I am 21 years old and I study at Warsaw University.

I've started my career as National coach with 3 season work with Australia. Then I've been chosen in Eesti and after that - in Poland.

I think that my ambitions as NT are not fulfiled. I want to achieve something really big with the senior NT. I've won 2 World Cups with Poland, but it was only Poland. I would like to do the same as Italy done - win the World Cup with other NT than Poland. And, as I like this country and community, I would like to do it with Belgie.

I think that I have the DNA of the winner, which you can see in my club - always fighting, generally almost always playing on too high level for my players, trying to get advantage by tactics. And that will be useful against stron NT's like Poland, Italy, Nederland, Spain, England etc.

My experience:
*2 season of being NT coach of Australia. And during this time Australia got from position nr. 48 in the NT rank to 28!
*2 season of being NT coach of Eesti. During this time I've won 20 times, drawn 2 times and lost 5 times. I have also managed to improve the rank from place nr. 15 to nr. 7. I've also helped Eesti to win bronze medal at u21 World Cup. Eesti scored 90 goals and lost 30 goals, so the goal difference was quite good - it was +60.
*1 season being NT coach of Polska. I've won World Cup, u21 World Cup and I also kept 1st place in the rank, which was unfortunately lost by the next coach.

As for the club, I've managed to win my 3rd league with very young team, and got to 2nd league with big promotion game. 15:4 in shots, 4 goals of Enzo in 5:3 result[got a red card and 2 penalties against my team]. In this season I managed to stay in 2nd league, with a really odd tactic which made Crotti, one of the best strikers in the world, unable to harm my team. Here you can see this game.

What do I promise if I win?
*I promise, that Belgie will qualify to World Cup.
*I'll make a Bet Competition, with a plus for the winner + maybe a game in which users will be able to choose one of their players to play in NT
*I'll make an Olympic game with one of the big NTs - Italy, England or some other NT at this level. u23 + 3 older players.
*I'll be doing [NT]Stats - best scorers, best assistants
*I'll also make what I've done in Poland when I was the NT coach. Users will choose best player of each position in the NT game and after season I'll post the best eleven of the season.
*I'll record goals as gifs, and possibly make a NT video after the season. :)
*I'll try to regain the 1st place in the rank
*I'll start doing the Belgian Hall of Fame. Best players will get their topic with info about scored goals, assists, achievements, important games etc.

Looks like u had serious problems in 2nd Polska division. What is the reason? Lack of time, tactical view, quality players?

What tactical knowledge...maybe experience in playing with and against highest quality players? I think this is quite important.
En general I watched many games at every World Cup, and I also took part in one of them with Eesti. I already know the pressure, and what to expect from othe NTs. Now the question is how much the new engine will affect what I already know about sokker tactics. But I think that the change won't be that big.
I know how to play with 4 defs, 5 defs. I was one of the first who introduced using high winger when I was coach of Australia. I analyse tactics while watching games, the movement of players, the way they react in each part of the field, the way they tend to pass etc.
I am quite good making offsides, playing with high defence.
Also, I used to be quite good at defending.

Eesti vs Nederland - one of the best defensive games I had, during '90 Nederland failed to have any good situations to score. Unfortunately Eesti had problems with finishing, and Eesti was finished because the defs got exhausted because of running all the time.

Also, my last game was quite good I think. My opponent made quite a weak tactic, but still I've totally stopped Crotti who is almost 3x divine and had superdivine form. click.

How to make best tactic...there is no such thing. There might be the best tactic against particular opponent, or best tactic to use the players you have. At this moment I don't know how good players Belgie has. I know skills of just 'few' players, like speliers, Gaever, Deroo, Boon, Tambour and few other. But to say what would be the best tactic, I need to know all skills.

As for a good idea for new engine I think that 442/451 should be ok. But it will need to be tested and checked how high quality players react in new engine. :)

No, definitely not lack of time - I was always able to make a new tactic, or at least change previous one in details.

The reason was a combination of three things:
1) Bad finishing. It is partly because of the striker skill my players had during season[outstanding-outstanding-incredible/ now: brilliant-brilliant-magical], partly because I played mainly against divine goalkeepers, and partly because of bad luck. Just look at those stats:

Deroo: 4/29, 14%
Briganti: 2/16 12%
Maras: 8/36 22%

Sum: 14/83, 17%

2)I have only outstanding goalkeeper who was without form throughout the season. In game against sorv he blocked 5th shot on the goal, previous 4 went in. Even my opponents agreed that I should've got more than I got.

3)I have no reserves. 1 GK, 4 defs, 2 mids[!], 3 strikers[at decent level]. Plus Lossmann playing as midfielder. This says all I think...

But still, I had good games in the season, even though I was much worse in stats.

But still I managed to get some good results, for example a draw against Zemsta, and I think that I was better in both games with this team.

Now, when my strikers improve in striker skill, and I change Lossmann to a real mid and get at least one reserve player, I think I will be able to fight for 4th position.

I will only add, that I was the youngest team in all 2nd leagues.

what do you want to achieve with the NT
*Qualify to WC, and win as much as possible at WC. Possibly get the golden medal, though now Poland will have a much better coach so it won't be so easy as it was in this season.
*regain 1st place in the rank
*I will try to do everything possible, to be at least near the legendary level of Hellsangel after two seasons :)

I think that Poland will still be the biggest threat. I know that Italy has beaten it twice, but now, with new coach, it will probably be as good as before. But Italy will be very hard to beat as well, especially if sydval will stay as NT coach :)
