verkiezingen worden elk seizoen interessanter...

verder vind ik dat mr. loczenty ons wel serieus laat zitten.. eerst zit 'em te melken dat hij zoveel mogelijk met u20 spelers wilt spelen ter voorbereiding op het WK. Dan ist WK, gaat 'em U21 Polen coachen.. mmmmkaaay..

Wel handig voor hen dat hij alle spelers kent..

waarom heeft hij het gedaan denk je? En waarom denk je dat belgie ineens uit de top 10 ligt.... Die pool is hier niet zomaar gekomen geloof me.

nu ziet ge toch spoken denk ik ... hoewel moest het ne rus zijn dan twijfelde ik er niet aan. 'k heb vroeger nog in een russische clan gezeten in een pvp spel en die mannen zijn niet te kloppen in 'virtuele spionage' :p

idd.. pakt dat den tijger een beetje overdrijft, lol.

iig, op mijn stem hoeft hij nooit meer te rekenen.

loczenty was de slechtste coach ooit om mee samen te werken en hij selecteerde nooit de beste ploeg, zo ik ben content dat er weer een Belg aan het roer zal komen.

sorry but i didn't like your selection criteria and we discussed it several times ... Belgium will win the world cup with Royal Flush. You did throw out some players from the NT and I had to say why?

yea but I like to do my job like I want to, I don't like to search players on their value or their salary because most of them don't meet the requirements.

@loczenty: you sometimes had a weird taste of players, imo, but you did fine during the qualification allthough you were a bit sloppy in the end (orders that were wrong, wrong goalkeeper). I think you're a good manager, but I also think you're not made to coach U21-squads. You're more an A-team person ;-)

@mattn: No need to backstab. If you did not like his way of working, you should've told him personally. He tried his best by using the high value principle in order to discover unknown players and that's not something to complain about and certainly not in public.

Laten we vooral kijken naar de toekomst nu. Hopelijk staat de database in orde voor alle linies en dan komt het wel in goed. In mijn tijd heb ik daar nog veel tijd moeten insteken waardoor er andere dingen nogal serieus fout liepen.

De defs zijn voor de moment in orde :) maar ik kijk enkel voor 19-21 omdat de rest niet zal spelen, maar ik probeer de rest wel bij te houden om dan op te vragen als ze 19 zijn

'k heb er 454 die ik elke twee maand update, dat lijkt veel maar door de datums van update te spreiden gaat het dan eigenlijk over een 15-tal spelers per dag die een update nodig hebben.
maar sommige users antwoorden toch niet en het heeft voor bot-spelers geen zin om updates te vragen, anderen doen het dan weer soms spontaan.
'k slaag er al bij al toch in om 3/4de binnen die twee maand te houden. tijdens de wereldbeker was dat 4/5de dankzij het 'wereldbekergevoel' bij de managers wat gezien het aantal botspelers geen slecht resultaat was.

ni overdrijven.. loczenty heeft zijn best gedaan en als je een probleem had met zijn werkwijze, had je daar direct iets over moeten zeggen (TEGEN HEM) en niet achteraf.

@ Loczenty: my only problem with you is that you left us for U21 Poland. You did a good job.. some minor mistakes with our lineup/orders but they hardly matter since we won the game regardless.

So thanks for qualifying us and preparing our team but I still have mixed feeling about you leaving us for poland just like that..

ieder heeft ook zijn voorkeuren op gebied van spelers en tactieken he, niet iedereen is het daar altijd mee eens (en dat merk je soms ook wel in mijn commentaren) maar dat wil nog niet zeggen dat keuzes goed of slecht zijn of dat andere alternatieven zo goed zouden uitpakken.
alleszins die verschillende smaken maken sokker ook interessant.

@ loczenty: i was probably too critical against you sometimes, i don't agree with every choice but you were elected fair and square and i think you opened some eyes for other possibilities in tactics and playerchoice and the results were there during the qualification when it mattered.

i don't blame you for trying your chances in poland, i'd say it's pretty understandable given the fuzz which some made from the start. it's not easy to close communication gaps with a user core which is used to working in a certain way while you prefer some other way, especially when there's a language difference.

still i'd say an NT better fits your style then an U21 NT but you were asked by the previous coach and it'll probably be easier for you to work with U21 poland than with U21 belgium so good luck.
i'm sure our new coaches will do a good job too ;)
