Question 2: What is your idea for the start of the season as u21 NT coach, who would you like to play and why?

Question 2 (Bis): Will you consider playing an incredibly weak country as your first game? This way we can perhaps top the ranking immediately ;)

Question 3: In the past, being NT coach was one hell of a job if you wanted to do things right because there were so many players that needed guidance. Now the senior coach will have a much easier task to do when it comes down to scouting and guiding players. The U21 coach however will still have a bucket full of work ahead. U21 players pop faster, are more subject to bad training, etc. Are you aware that you have got a huge task? Not only when it comes down to getting the results in, but also the players that need continuous updates concerning training, coaches?,... Are you strong enough to critisize your scouts when they don't do their job well?

Een vraagje voor de [NT]&[U21] coach (tenzij langhe): hoe ga je de sfeer van vroeger terug brengen hier op sokker belgië en de hierop passende groei van sokker belgië. Gelieve hierin concreet te zijn. Acties opzetten verwacht ik al maar de vragen die bij me opkomen is met wie, waar, wanneer,...

Wat lees jij af uit deze cijfers? Waarom zijn deze cijfers goed/slecht? Is dit met name een goede ontwikkeling of niet? Waar ligt de oorzaak van deze cijfers en welke maatregelen ZUL jij ZEKER nemen (geen loze beloftes)? En tenslotte, waarom zijn deze cijfers zo belangrijk?

(Ik vind dit zeer belangrijk. Daarom zal mijn stem voor pakweg 90% afhangen van hoe jullie op deze vraag antwoorden)

Men antwoord is reeds neergeschreven, maar ik wacht eerst op de anderen, kwestie dat zij niet telkens mijn antwoord anders gaan formuleren ;)!

er moet iemand eerste zijn :p

waarom niet de antwoorden naar hells sturen.....
die kan ze dan posten binnen een paar dagen.....tijd genoeg voor iedereen om te antwoorden denk ik........

duurde ff om een goed antwoord te vinden :p

Vraag6: Ik lees bijna alle kandidaten posten dat ze ervoor willen zorgen dat er meer users worden aangetrokken. Leg concreet uit hoe je dit wilt doen, vind je dat dat jouw verantwoordelijkheid is, en wat is je ambitie wat dit betreft?
