I've started my career as National coach with 3 season work with Australia. Then I've been chosen in Eesti and after that - in Poland.

I think that my ambitions as NT coach are not fulfiled. I want to achieve something really big with the senior NT. I've won 2 World Cups with Poland, but it was only Poland. I would like to do the same as Italy done - win the World Cup with other NT than Poland. And, as I like this country and community, I would like to do it with Belgie.

As for my club achievements, I've succeeded in promoting to Ekstraklasa after a hattrick of Enzo Deroo :) It is definitely my biggest club achievement so far. On my way to Ekstraklasa I've scored 107 goals.

I think that I have the DNA of the winner, which you can see in my club - always fighting, generally almost always playing on too high level for my players, trying to get advantage by tactics. And that will be useful against strong NT's like Poland, Italy, Nederland, Spain, England etc.

My experience:
*2 season of being NT coach of Australia. And during this time Australia got from position nr. 48 in the NT rank to 28!
*2 season of being NT coach of Eesti. During this time I've won 20 times, drawn 2 times and lost 5 times. I have also managed to improve the rank from place nr. 15 to nr. 7. I've also helped Eesti to win bronze medal at u21 World Cup. Eesti scored 90 goals and lost 30 goals, so the goal difference was quite good - it was +60.
*1 season being NT coach of Polska. I've won World Cup, u21 World Cup and I also kept 1st place in the rank.

What do I promise if I win?
*I promise, that Belgie will qualify to World Cup.
*I'll make a Bet Competition, with a plus for the winner + maybe a game in which users will be able to choose one of their players to play in NT
*I'll play a friendly against Poland, which will be lead by my friend, loczenty. At least I hope that he will win the elections :)

I think that generally that's it. Most of you know me, and I really hope that you will give me a chance to make Belgie win. I had the opportunity once, last week against Turkiye, and I've won...although I wasn't 100% happy with the tactic :)

Question nr. 1) Are you gonna do everything by yourself or are you going to need a crew (assistant and/or scouts and/or other type of crewmembers)?

Well I think that I will need NT staff to help me choose the correct tactics. Two heads can do more than one...:)

Scouts are also important, it would be hard to make all the updates by myself so I will be grateful if someone would want to help me with it. I will also ask bogdanofnascie for a little research on Belgie players - he has some programme that allows him to find players, and you can choose the nationality, value, age etc. so it will be quite helpful when there will be u25, u24 or u23 games. That's also a guarancy that no good player in form will remain 'unseen' :)
