i dont know his skills, but ame quite confident in my skills. and a lot of experience with different NT§s, like romanian, romanian U-21, russian, Japan and south african and finally canadian. all tjose Nts played my tactics, and mostly with success
Ok: then what does make you a good tactician? How would you try to beat Poland?
it depends from my own players - i rather play with the best i have than to disturb the most my opponent.
so most probably i would choose best 13 players in top form and set a tactic according to their skills.
as simple as that.
and what makes me a good tactitician? well, im opeen minded and always ready to listen advices. its a real important skill

You've got my vote, I think you are the best man for the job.
@ loczenty: i orginally voted for you but now i've seen your friendly matches ... i will NEVER vote for someone who plays it that safe (jostactiek) to be nt coach ... boring as hell to watch in something which is just a game and you can't ask users to risk their NT players if you don't even dare to risk your own players.
just my line of thinking of course. there are enough 'good' managers in Belgium who seem to agree with such childish strategies to protect their budget while they seem to wonder why there are so many new managers who give up on the game...

You are surly allowed to have such an oppinion, which i absolutly not agree. I train my club to get success, and i manage to achive them,)
and because the game creates too many injury chances and budget of theams not allows to have 14-15 equally good players, so i need to do whatever was needed.

I don't care about the way he plays with his team, I don't watch those matches. I care about how he plays with the national squad.
Difficult choice. I think you would do great, but I think Myname is also capable of doing a great job. I'm afraid you picked the wrong time to be candidate :)
well, anytime is bad from your point of view, as aleays is any native candidate. and mostly he looks good for future. but sadly in most of the times that candidate has no big results:/

well, 'jos' tactics are for wussies :P But I'm pretty sure they wont be played at NT level :P Remains the question if I want to vote for a wussy ^^
