mos of our losses were "unlucky" like against turkye colombia and cymru. Thos bad luck is in my opinion a penalty for playing posession football, and engine still gives a bonus for counter atacking football. I will try to test more defensive approach in next games, and see in it realy helps for low scoring efficacy.

our team deserves to have better results and finally a Wc medal - im ready to take that challange.

Are you willing to look at the waiting list also next time (and clean it up), this time I made a clean up, but a lot of nice players are not visible beacause they are there ...

i set requirments to skipping waiting list. all good players are already in normal DB, and those who lacks some skills are in waiting list for scouts

Hmmm, I think this is more work for a coach, as they can say better which players are good enough Some updated players come in the archive or waiting list and i found some who definitely need to be in the database...

Btw, it's an easy excuse to say 'the scouts will do it'. Being a scout is not a nice job and cleaning up a waiting list is not fun. As a coach you need to do some of the scouting yourself also, imo.

i do a lot scouting, as you semm not to know - thats 1st thing
2nd - he is faar to wak for NT - in 2-3 seasons he will be ok, no he lacks pace and secondaries. having such players in main DB makes only harder to choose 1st squad for games.

But for example with a U24 selection he would have a decent chance. You say he has the potential, then why can't he just be in the database? Otherwise he might get lost ...

he cant get lost - i use the scanning program, that finds all belgian players with salary on set level - any good player has salary more than 20k, and is scouted.
2x divine players with no secondaries are earning more than 20k, so all players are asked. if users ant to show skills, than they can reach DB - if not, iknow them without looking for waiting list

But from the moment you leave, those players are out of vision for the next coach...

no, cause if trained they will be on normal DB, and if not they will be still in waiting list? whats the problem on which DB they actually are? if they only are somewhere stored

I agree with loco on this one though.. players like that shouldn't be put in the same database as best NT players because it makes selecting a squad more difficult with all those 'not worthy' players in it. However they should be saved and updated somewhere.. I don't know what the database looks like these days or how it is done but there was a time when players just got updated on a forum. Skills just got copy/pasted by the scouts everytime they popped on something. Players had their own topics so you could even see which ones were talented and those that weren't. Anyway, this is how I did it back in the day ;) Maybe it's an idea to use this system for the players that aren't good enough for NT yet and make multiple threads per age.. So all the 24 year old defs get posted in thread A. All the 24 year old striker in thread B etc.. Then per thread you give every player his own topic where you update him oldschool style :) It will probably be some work but IMO it's a good way to keep track of the most interesting players with potential to become NT.

Rly? Just set your searching orders in DB high enough for your first squad. E.g if you look for a central defender, just set pace and def over 16, pm and tech and passing over 11. Very few non A team players will show up ...

Dude, I have no idea what the possibilities are with the datebase these days.. I've been scout in the stone age of sokker.. ;)

But if you can select players the same way as looking for players on TL then I don't see the point in not putting every interesting player in there..

And if you can search per age aswell, then there is even less of a problem.
