Beste Belgische supporters,
Morgen zullen we tegen onze Franse buren spelen.
Dit team is gelijkaardig aan het Belgische team qua sterkte en ze staan 5 posities geclassificeerd onder ons (17de en wij 12de).
De wedstrijd zal daarom gelijk moeten lopen … indien we onze beste spelers beschikbaar hadden :(
Spijtig genoeg zullen we moeten spelen met een B (bijna C) team aangezien 8 van de 11 beste spelers oftewel gekwetst zijn of niet in beste vorm zijn.
Daarom wil ik van deze gelegenheid gebruik maken om er een testmatch van te maken door jongere spelers of spelers die recent niet te vaak gecapped zijn.
Net zoals met de Nederlanders, je weet dat er een positieve rivaliteit is tussen België en Frankrijk. Daarom rekenen we op jullie support voor deze interessante vriendschappelijke match.

Bonjour chers supporters Belges,
Demain nous affronterons nos voisins Français.
Cette équipe est similaire à la Belgique en terme de potentialités et classée 5 positions en dessous de nous. (17ème alors que nous sommes 12ème)
Le match devrait (aurat dû) donc être équilibré...si seulement nous avions à disposition tous nos joueurs.
Malheureusement, nous devrons jouer avec une équipe B (pour ne pas dire équipe C) puisque 8 de nos 11 meilleurs joueurs sont blessés ou hors-forme.
Nous allons en profiter pour transformer cet amical en test match en incluant certains joueurs plus jeunes ou peu sélectionnés récemment.
Tout comme avec les Pays-Bas, vous savez tous qu'il existe une rivalité positive entre la Belgique et la France. Nous comptons donc sur votre support pour cet amical qui risque d'être très intéressant.

Tomorrow we will meet (encounter/play against) our French neighbors.
This team is similar to Belgium in terms of strength and classified 5 positions below us. (17th and we are 12th)
The match should therefore be balanced… if only we had our best players available.
Unfortunately, we will have to play with a B (almost a C) team since 8 out of our 11 best players are either injured or out of form.
Therefore we will take this opportunity to make it a test match by including younger players or players who haven’t often been capped recently.
Just like with the Netherlands, you all know that there is a positive rivalry between Belgium and France. We therefore count on your support in this very interesting friendly game !
