In recent seasons the Italian national team has never achieved great results in World Cups.
In Italy, managers with more experience are not chosen.
In Italy, managers with more friends, or belong to the same association, are chosen.
The results are those that are.
Managers belong to a federation with many users and decide who will win in a country, who will win in another country.
Things work well for several seasons.
The mangaer with more experience are tired of this situation and try their luck elsewhere.
If you have many friends, and your friends have more friends, you can check first Italy, then other nations.
Sokker is like Risk.
If you oppose this system you'll be isolated. In my 3d no Italian will say "good Cinolex", "Cinolex you are the best."
I do not have friends who give me their tactics. If Belgium wants to enter in this system I'm not the right choice. I am always against the tide and I'm proud of this.
For the first time in Belgium I see the same thing I've seen in recent years in Italy. I am very sad. I thought there were enough miles away. Probably wrong.
My club speaks for me, not my friends.

We should totally ask some questions:
1) What match (NT or own team) are you particularily proud of?
2) What match (NT or own team) was really shameful for you and how would you make sure something like that is not going to happen again?
1)Champions GTA was too strong for me but with 2 incredible tattics GTA has won only after penalties
2)Italy cup - Final I have it all wrong. It was my first cup final and for the inexperience I invented a tactic that was not my usual way of playing. I wanted to surprise my opponent. I just surprised me. Defense not too high, not too low. A disaster.

A very important thing. If I have the honor of winning the elections I could bring my staff from Italy, but I'd rather have a staff from Belgium.

true, Uruguay is not that strong and Malta is a piece of cake. Not to mention seed 5 and 6. 2nd place is a must-do.
I'll try to win the group. I know very well Colombia's CT and he know me very well. In my opinion if Belgie's player form are high we can win all challanges..but injured and low form could be against us.
We have a good team, maybe a great team, but we also have some weaknesses that we have to hide our opponents
