Greetings to all!

My name is Alessandro and play Sokker since 2007. Currently I am engaged in the Italian Serie C and the passion and enthusiasm for the game remains intact as the first day!

Always been a feature of my Club has been a strong trend of international attention to young people in fact I brought in Under-21, and even then many in the National Major, more than 15 players Nationality different.

My experience within the National Staff has started several seasons ago when I was in Italy Senior Scout Defenders of Mr. Newton later I was Vice CT Italy Under-21 under the management of Mr. Supercell.
My first experience as a coach was with the Under-21 Championship in Belarus where I have been for two seasons. In the third season the trust of the community has allowed me to lead the Belarusian National Senior for two seasons.
At the end of this wonderful experience I applied to Israel in whom I have been, and still are, for 5 seasons the National Senior Coach.

In all the experiences I and my staff, composed by my vice felimanervoso and the scout etalorwe have laid the utmost care in handling, and often rebuilding the database, in the search for new talent and constant updating of the players in the the national team and especially those partly forgotten. Results, then, obtained in the field, several games won by opponents of prestige, have rewarded our commitment and our enthusiasm is always the maximum possible.

The thing that has always interested me was the relationship of great friendship that has been created with the community because I like to collaborate and work in groups. Everywhere we went I and my staff have had many friends, and I am proud of this thing.

Speaking with my friends myname,Royal Flush, Pavoniana and Fabbrogas , having decided to leave the Israeli National and following Belgium already I thought it was time to drive a National first-level, such as Belgium, in relation to my now almost ten years of experience National team.

So I decided to compete for this prestigious National bench in the hope that the Belgian community wants to have the desire to know me and can give me, therefore, an opportunity to prove my worth through an application and a commitment that will be total and continuous!

I strictly necessary, moreover, a constant and daily contact with the CT-21, and among the staff to plan the proper growth of young talents.
I'd like some member of the community wants to be part of this project is essential because the relationship of continuous exchange and transparency to be achieved between a staff and the same national community.
Just as has been done for a few seasons, both in Israel and in Belarus, often to attract new users or reinvigorate interest in the National with my staff have organized competitions of various kinds and the thing, if it can give pleasure, we are ready to repeat it here in Belgium. I played for several seasons in a C that was worth a lot more than just a B just remember that from them have come out as Gegio manager, at the time one of the top Italian players, and other strong teams
. Almost always I won all my leagues with averages increasingly lower than all my opponents with my application for the tactics and the fact of being able to exploit the potential of the players I have.

Here in each case there is a candidate for the National and National-level I can say that my school is one of the masters of Sokker and World Champion Vikingo, ale70, miche49 and with whom they are in constant contact and with whom I have a beautiful friendship .
My long stay, over 5 seasons in Israel, has allowed me to meet and make friends with other great coaches like Cap (of Croatia)Davornmar and Tonio41(Italia-U21), Clau_Goool (now coach of Australia) Ringhiostar (Malesya, Italy U21) Torquemada (Philippines) , the same as your former coach Royal Flush, Pavoniana and Fabbrogas, Pasinho, klinsmann, guy fink and many others.
My exchange experience international issues is so varied, it is like a continuous refresher course! :)

The first results obtained with Belarus and Israel then I think it can be a witness to be able to manage and maximize the resources that I had, and especially build to enhance the players.

As we speak I will refer to National application, my experience with the National Team.

1) There are some games I'm very proud and they gave me great satisfaction.

First of all, in my first qualifying round of the World Cup victory away from home against Paraguay that I actually qualified to the round of the World Championship, and that made ​​me realize how much my beliefs and tactical optimization work of the rose of the players had come to a optimal level.

Matches where I had a lot of satisfaction were the 4 challenges (friendly) against Italy from which I have always come out undefeated if not, sometimes winning.

Finally, my biggest pride is the last World Cup where my team was able to take the lead against future World Champions for 3 -1; in the second half and we were blown away by the force of impact of the Finns but that first time beautiful and concrete remain in my memory and that of the Israelis for a long time.

2) The game in which my tactics and players were not happy has been to my debut, it also causes the emotion of the event, in a World Cup against a strong Argentina.
In that game I worried too much to study and counter the moves of my opponent distorting my game.
