l I can say that my school is one of the masters of Sokker and World Champion Vikingo, ale70, miche49 and with whom they are in constant contact and with whom I have a beautiful friendship .
My long stay, over 5 seasons in Israel, has allowed me to meet and make friends with other great coaches like Cap (of Croatia)Davornmar and Tonio41(Italia-U21), Clau_Goool (now coach of Australia) Ringhiostar (Malesya, Italy U21) Torquemada (Philippines) , the same as your former coach Royal Flush and myname, Pavoniana and Fabbrogas, Pasinho, klinsmann, guy fink and many others.
My exchange experience international issues is so varied, it is like a continuous refresher course! :)

I've seen that finally you're trying the big jump, after an experience with good results with Israel, a revelation :). I think that if you will be elected, you will find players that could express your potential.

As we have done in all our ventures into other countries for dil me and my staff is crucial intense communication, a continuous exchange of views with the members of the community to better understand and plan activities related to management of the national team that go well beyond the tactics and simple immediate result.
Along with the achievement of sports as our primary purpose is the enhancement of the Belgian to make more and more competitive National Team.
We would be honored if some users Belgian wanted to become part of our team because it would be a perfect combination to achieve the goals.
We look forward to your questions, and above all, we hope to have the opportunity to demonstrate our commitment, our enthusiasm and our professionalism

What kind of role do you have in mind for the Belgian users in your staff?
Roles can be scout players, or if you have a good command with the tactic, an observer of the opposing teams.
Then, as we often did, there would also be an organizational part about competitions that usually organize to sensitize the community to the national team.
In any case, we are open to any kind of proposal it is important to cooperate! :)

The group is of medium difficulty and we are in the possibility to win
Colombia Barros is a very tough especially for his tactical skills.
The uruguay, I've dealt with Israel, it is much more affordable and will be much easier with the other teams in the group.
For, my international experience has taught me to never take anything for granted because especially in this last season there were several very important results achieved by small team.
The goal is to win the group trying to exploit and especially improve the potential of the team!

As I said in the topic of Cinolex, if we don't qualify from this group ... Uruguay has a decent team, but nothing close to Belgium. And Malta is a piece of cake for tactical reason. I played 0-0 against Uruguay and dominated Malta (scoreline 3-1) this season with Latvija.
Pilipinas and Ozbekistan ... well, one could be your B squad and the other one U24 :)

1.Who will help you with tactics, scouting, updating the database, ... if you win
There are more than 8 seasons that I and my staff we work together both in Belarus and in Israel and we are a proven and experienced group.
In all the countries where we worked great was our job to set the Database and many players have discovered and developed.
My assistant and scout defenders is also a member felimanervoso careful and precise and very good, thanks to its perfect knowledge of several languages, relationships with managers and presidents of the communities in which we worked.
Other Scouts of excellent international experience, was senior coach of Belarus, is a member etalor very experienced in scouting and looking for new players and programming of training and development of the potential of the players.
As always done, even in other countries, the involvement of users in the community is essential for us.
The current coach of the national team myname has put at our disposal by offering his valuable help. We're very grateful because his experience will be crucial to build a great country.
We are open to new collaborations and we hope that others wish to collaborate with our project.
As for tactics I always compare myself with the biggest technical Sokker with Viking, ale70, Cap Sparrow, myname and your royal flush, ect ect and it made me grow up a lot but the final decision, the way you play and address the matches is a choice that should only be the coach of the national
