Hello.

My name is Kamil. I played Sokker between 2006-2010 and was Polish NT staff member then (look at tactic name of this match, played in polish II league achieved 2nd place and was in quarter-finals of Polish Cup. I was a teenager then and now am 26yo and since a year I am married.

Now I have helped Woody with Polish U21 team and am back in the game. I registered in November 2015, but play since september 2016 seriously. I want to make as big successes like years ago.


What I could offer as a coach?

-activity on forum (preview and summary of every match) with analysis of matches
-adverting your players on polish forum to help developing your country
-improving Ireland position in ranking (that is crucial to if we want to get promotion to World Cup)
-variety of tactics during the matches

My plan:

I would like to get to know Ireland squad, create good scouting and plans for Ireland players who can improve level of the squad. This season I would like to build up good position in ranking which will cause better position in group stage draws.

I think that Ireland has big potential and should be higher than on 5th position in group stage. I can't promise that we can do this in next WCQ and get promotion immediately , but I would like to start that process this season. And I promise that I will do my best to improve Ireland's level and one day we will achieve promotion to World Cup again.
