Subject: [NT] Glazy

Hello, i am Alex, i have 36 yo, i am Automation engineer at oil reffinery, i have license C in football coaching and i training a Sunday League team.
I'm playing sokker from 2006, thats my second team, and i was manager at some nt teams here: 2XJamaica NT, 2X Lietuva NT, 2X Cymru u21 NT, 8X Jamaica U21 NT.
I saw the post from forum and i want to take that responsability.
My objectives here are: to create a bond with Ireland NT to convinge u21 players owners to training those at right skills to base at them to a long term at senior team perspectives.
I want to maximizeing the efficience of our players to get the best results that we can, using the right tactics in every matches.
I want to discussing every future NT match in part with as more managers i can to get the best advices, solution, ideas to choose the best approach for every match.
I want to do from Ireland NT team something that all we can past our time in good and best way together and having good results too.
We can do this because i done in past!!
