I have a feeling Germany will be in the final. On paper they should be bit better. And in my eyes, they are also better than Eesti. But the differences are quite little and it probably won´t make a difference.

USA why? cause of phil. hes master of tactical art, and showed some great achivements with england already. but germany is still a nice team, and their manager is not a pussy too:)
