Hello, Coach. First of all, tell us a few words about you.
My name is Stefano and i'm 27 years old. i'm graduate in economy and i'm studing international cooperation...And i play at football.

i'm playing at sokker since 2005 and i won 4 italy cup, 1 italian league (serie A) and 1 world cup U21. I arrived second in first world cup of sokker when polska was of antoher world :D

How did elections go, how did you managed to become the coach of Italia?
I'm an active user, i always work for NT and as i said, i made good results with Italy NT.

Can you tell us your 3 most important players and a brief description of them?
We have great problems about form of our best player.
Our best def is Alessio Gennaro that is very complete but hasn't form
Our best mid is Alvaro Rosato but hasn't form (like di mattia, dinelli, daino etc..)
Our best strikers are Loffredo and Magilla but naturally haven't form :S They are only our strikers with two superdivine skills.
i'm not joking :((

What about your opponents, how would you describe each of the teams you'll play with?
Now i can't say a lot because i haven't studied our opponents. But Esti is a great team and Vilpu for sure has great experience so will be difficult play against this team.
Suomi is searching for a new manager so it's difficult say something about it.
Norway won also with Nederland so it's a great team.
Will be not an easy group.And all teams can win..
And in the rest of world naturally there are great teams...i think great balance.


How do you think the group will look like after all 3 matches will be played?

i always play to win.

Hello, Coach. First of all, tell us a few words about you.
I am 23 year old P.E teacher, basketball coach and manager of one Estonian youth national teams. Also I study Sports/ P.E at Uni. Basketball, gym, sokker are my main hobbies. I also like to read specialised literature about sports.

How did elections go, how did you managed to become the coach of Eesti?
Elections went well and I got 98.5% of all votes. How I did I become NT manager? The main idea is to take part from the elections - rest is easy:)

Can you tell us your 3 most important players and a brief description of them?
Probably Toomas Sai. Legendary midfielder, who can do everything with a ball. He is the only key player in our team, others are replacable.

What about your opponents, how would you describe each of the teams you'll play with?
Strong opponents! I guess everybody expect Eesti and Italy to go through, but I wouldn`t be surprised if one of us won`t make it. That´s very likely to happen. Finland is very dangerous, not worse then Eesti or Italy. Norge seems to be a black horse, who can surprise every team. Nothing is sure in this group.

How do you think the group will look like after all 3 matches will be played?
I don`t like prediciting.

What's your objective for this World Cup?
To win the World Cup, but it will be difficult, when at least 10-15 teams are capable of reaching the final as well.

Which teams will play the final, in your opinion?
Impossible to say. I guess Poland is still a little step ahead from rest of the world. But they are beatable for sure.

Tell us one advantage and one disadvantage you have over the other coaches.
Advantage? My awesomeness will blind other coaches and they won`t be able to create good tactics.
Disadvantage? Not the very best choice of defenders.

Who's the Jose Mourinho of Sokker, in your opinion?:)
You want to know who is the most arrogant and thinks he is the centre of world Mourinho? There are few, no names needed.

Finally, a word for your fans and sokker international community?
If I win the world cup I am going pose naked for Playboy.

Hello, Coach. First of all, tell us a few words about you.
Soon to be 37y, married & father of 3. Played sokker since the summer of 06 & manager of Dynamo Fredrikstad in the Norwegian prem.

How did elections go, how did you managed to become the coach of Norge?
The elections have been a w.o. the last times. I`ve been NT coach for six sesons & unofficial u21 coach/part of NT crew before that. When the former NT coach stepped down I was a natural successor. Having the community behind me hopefully means I`ve done a good job both with the results and relations with the community.

Can you tell us your 3 most important players and a brief description of them?
As time goes by single players are less and less important as the quality of NT sides improve. However we have a fantastic winger named Arnulf Løvberg who has been a key factor & constantly inn good form for seasons. Defender Mattis Hammerstad is probably our best when his form is high. He has been trained & is still being trained (just as Hermod Oma) by norwegian manager hardrain. Kudos to hardrain for making them both fantastic. If Hermod Holmvik could get in top form he would be first choice striker & a key player aswell.

What about your opponents, how would you describe each of the teams you'll play with?
Heh, Italy are awesome & with a top quality manager though I haven`t really studied them yet. Eesti being a top nations always managed by the legendary Vilpu:) Not easy to know what he will come up with. Finland have an amazing squad of players but don`t really know who will manage them. Hopefully someone weak:)

How do you think the group will look like after all 3 matches will be played?
Think or want :-) Though we are clearly only outsider in this group I think everyone can win it. This would be nice:

What's your objective for this World Cup?
It`s all about winning it right? I think that the dream of every Coach is to win the WC. Would be fantastic to get through the group stages. As we have Nr 2&3 of the world in our group anything can happen after that. We could get three losses but with some luck I think we can go through.

Which teams will play the final, in your opinion?
Poland & Norge haha.

Tell us one advantage and one disadvantage you have over the other coaches.
I have a lot of experience as NT couch. During this time, I’ve learnt lot about different tactical approaches of my opponents and tried lot of different tactics myself. I believe this gives me good view of what to expect the opponent & it’s harder to catch me by surprise, I`d say I`m a good tactician. Though the other coaches very experienced as well thats hardly an advantage. Disadvantage must be the small userbase we have makes us vulnerable for injuries, suspensions & form issues as we really don`t have that many quality players to pick from.

Who's the Jose Mourinho of Sokker, in your opinion?:)
Ahh, to many great ones to pick from. sydval, philfox, vilpu & chinese amongst them. All with a little different style but very very competitive.

Finally, a word for your fans and sokker international community?
I`d have to thank the Norwegian community for all the support & the amazing managers training norwegian players far. For the international community it would be nice if everybody respected each other and got along well :)

Hello, Coach. First of all, tell us a few words about you.
I am 26 year old guy from Kauhava Finland, working in industry and have been playing football almost whole my life.

How did elections go, how did you managed to become the coach of Suomi?
fastpete who guided us through the qualifications decided to retire just after one season in control, so I decided to try and run for the place and here we are. =) I also were coach of Suomi a few seasons back for 4 seasons.

Can you tell us your 3 most important players and a brief description of them?
Mauri Himmanen, he really orchestrates our midfield and gives pinpoint passes.

Altti Sahanen, just 23 years old but he's already one of top goalkeepers in the game.

Pete Talanen, real slippery forward whose contribution is required in the scoring department.

What about your opponents, how would you describe each of the teams you'll play with?
Italia and Eesti are both in the top-3 of the world ranking so we have to be dead on tactically and have our players in peak condition to get anything out of those teams. Norway is also a tough opponent so we can't afford any slip-ups against them either.

How do you think the group will look like after all 3 matches will be played?
I hope the group will look like this in the end:
1.Suomi
2.Eesti
3.Italia
4.Norge

What's your objective for this World Cup?
My objective is to go all the way and if we qualify from our deathgroup everything is possible after that.

Which teams will play the final, in your opinion?
The final will be Suomi against Polska.

Tell us one advantage and one disadvantage you have over the other coaches.
I have been out of the nationalteam staff for a few seasons now so I hope I can bring something new and fresh to the competition. My disadvantage would be the thinness of our material, if we get few injuries to our top players we will be in some trouble.

Ma arvan, et enamus teist on seda juba näind, aga järsku on ka inimesi, kes ei viitsi Internationalis käia kogu aeg ja uurida World Cupi kohta:)

Mina ei olnud enne näinud, nii et igati asjakohane asi.

Kahju aint, et me jälle kulda ei saa, sest Vilpule meenub finaalis, et ta lubas võidu puhul Playboysse nudeerima minna... ja siis, häbelik nagu ta on, kaotab meelega.

Valimised läks hästi ja sain 98,5% kõigist häältest. Kuidas ma tegin muutunud NT juhataja? Peamine mõte on osaleda alates valimised - ülejäänud on juba lihtne:)

Kas võite meile öelda oma 3 tähtsamaid mängijaid ja lühikirjelduse neid?
Tõenäoliselt Toomas Sai. Legendaarne poolkaitsja, kes saab teha kõike koos palli. Ta on ainus võtmerolli meie meeskond, teised on vahetatava.

Aga sinu vastased, kuidas te kirjeldaksite iga meeskonnad saad mängida?
Tugevad vastased! Ma arvan, et kõik ootavad In ja Itaalias läbi minna, kuid ma poleks `t oleks üllatunud, kui üks meist võitis` t teha. See on väga tõenäoline. Soomes on väga ohtlik, ei halvem siis English ja Itaaliast. Norge tundub olevat must hobune, kes suudab üllatada iga meeskond. Miski ei ole kindel selles grupis.

Kuidas te arvate grupp hakkab nägema pärast kõik 3 vastet mängitakse?
I don `t like prediciting.

Milline on sinu eesmärk selle World Cup?
Et võita maailmameistrivõistlused, kuid see saab olema raske, kui vähemalt 10-15 meeskonnad on võimalik jõuda lõpliku samuti.

Millised meeskonnad mängivad lõplik, Teie arvates?
Võimatu öelda. Ma arvan, et Poola on endiselt väike samm ees alates mujal maailmas. Aga nad on beatable kindlasti.

Räägi meile üks eelis ja üks ebasoodsa olete üle teisi treenereid.
Advantage? Minu awesomeness pimestab teisi treenereid ja nad võitsid `t on võimalik luua hea taktika.

Vilpu, sa Soccernomics'it/Jalkamajandust oled lugenud? Mul praegu pooleli, päris huvitav lugemine. Raamatu eestikeelne tõlge küll tuletab kohati natuke google translate'i meelde (ei pea küll mingiks eriliseks (inglis)keelemeheks, aga miski seal häirib)

et kirjutavad eesti asemel estonski jah. olen ka ise sarnaseid hälbeid aegajalt täheldanud.
