It will come a more fortunate time, unfortunately at the moment we pay the price of not being able to field the strongest attackers.
Today definitely deserved to win because it's true our goalkeeper made two important speeches but for the whole game we had in hand the ball game and many occasions to realize.
Especially the maneuver in tight spaces has developed well but unfortunately our strikers have been made almost always recover the advantage that they had
In any case all need to better understand the players and experiment tactics and schemes for the games to come.
Good weekend!!

For last winning matches I had quite simple residue. Filtered the NT squad by value and set 11 best valued players for all positions to pitch. Worked quite well. I'm just sad I couldn't figure it out during the WC group stage.
Certainly coach,I agree, the selection criteria is right but there are to consider two variants.
The first thing to consider is the form that affect in a decisive manner in the performance of a player, especially at national level, and for this reason that sometimes some players, although very strong, may not be available.
The second thing is the type of match to be faced because in some games you can take advantage of to give space to some players who play less to see him at work and evaluate its performance.

Value equals skills x form so it should pretty objectively show players true skill.
In any case all need to better understand the players
Could you please explain a bit, what you mean. Testing players in different positions and see how they perform?

How much do you think low form impacts player performance? According your experience/observation. There is also random factor to consider, because its not real football, but computer simulated game.

Shouldnt knowing his skills basically do the thing? (+form)

It is exact but especially to see in the course of several matches and in different situations how they behave players.
My experience teaches me that sometimes the skills do not correspond to performance and sometimes players with lower skills make better on the apparently strongest players
This is something on which I was confronted often with some colleagues, for example the champion of ale70 world, and some of them have my own belief.
So it's important to see play a more football player who read his skills!

The form affects in most cases on the performance of the player revealing itself fundamental element decisive in the choice of the players.
This is mine, and that of many other managers, experience that is both as CT of national and club coach.
As always there are exceptions, for example in the Estonian National J. Uusberg, because there are players which also if they have low average form playing much above what you would expect.
This happens precisely because it is a computer game and not a real game because there are predetermined parameters (just like the lowest form) that are executed by the program and influence the game to play!

Usually I tend to always play to players who I know the skills, with rare exceptions when the player looks very strong both by its value from its salary
.
What I meant to say, taking the already speech said, that in some games I can play footballers who may also have more low form or who never saw him play to see their real performance of on the field.

Given the results today, the small Honduras some thought I has put him! :)
The match was well studied, although I expected the wing on our left side, and I think we played well with 5 goals and four boundary stakes! :)
Very well Turvas which is becoming infallible and also Koger moved better.
In midfield very good test of Uusberg while Pavelsson and Mathiensen certainly not at his best, Sillaste a trial without infamy and without praise.
Defensively perfect test of the three central and R. Soolind very good in starting the restarts of our wing, a bit undertone, however, Tart.
The goalkeeper is a guarantee intervened only twice but it is always ready and present.
Well we continue the study of modules and players in the hope that in the next few months especially U27 players to make the necessary shots to be ready for qualifying at the world championship.
Now we just hope that the form of our strikers go up a bit! :)
Have a nice weekend

A goleada that allows us to win the group and enter the second round of the mini WC tournament!
Obviously there was a clear difference of power between the teams but I want to emphasize the good test of the young striker Seppo and Laud.
We continue in the growth and study of reminding team ever to update your players in the database.
As for the second round of the mini WC we would be opposed to Paraguay, insidious team, and if we qualify for the quarter-finals will meet the winner of Israel vs Mexico.

We win a strange game, a game inexplicably suffering though this is a good sign because it denotes the solidity of the team.
We started very well with the Moor 's goal then a bit of lack of fluidity of the action has limited us.
Attackers denote the biggest problem is to lose the ball too often from an advantageous situation.
The 5-2-1-2 with wing proved to be well studied in fact our opponents have only had three scoring chances although very dangerous.
Very well that the defense has not made no significant mistake, very good goalkeeper who gives us great security.
In midfield, the best undoubtedly was Sillaste while Uusberg and Pavelsson (too often out of the game) were not very convincing.
No one has excelled in attack even though the usually Turvas with a wonderful goal gives us the victory.
Now in the quarterfinals we will meet the Mexivco today beat 1-0 a great Israel.
I recommend you always update your players and to report any talents that are not included in the national team
