Hi :)
As you see, elections have begun. What I see, is that Uruguay needs experienced coach with energy and vigour to help U-21 with reaching top rank in SK. What brings hope, is that your country develops rapidly and there are many brilliant young players (I have one too, he is 18y)

WHY ME?

I am very experienced coach. I play SK for more than 4 years.

Currently I am in Polish 3rd division which is hard to achieve in Polish league. My tactics are done with care. Every detail counts.

I posess good communication skills. I am fluent in English and I know German. And of course Polish :)

Any aims, you ask?

Well, I am going to search for young talented players to help them with their development and playing for Uruguay some day in the future. So that scouts will work for me.

Tactics. I will experiment with tactics, but I have really strong base because of my experience. Preferred tactics are offensive (4-4-2, 4-5-1). But in some situations I will play 5-4-1.

I would like to achieve sth on international level so..

VOTE FOR ME and you won't regret!

with regards

Good luck with your postulation!

I only want to mention something: you see that "Uruguay needs experienced coach with energy and vigour to help U-21 with reaching top rank in SK".

Current coach plays since january 2007, only 6 months after you joined the game, and has been 2 periods coach of our absolut NT, 2 periods coach of our U21 NT, and 2 periods coach of Honduras U21 NT. If we wanted "experience", for sure we had it.

yep :)
if you want me to step away then tell me. But current coach does not apply for the position :)

I dont want you to step away. I only want you to note that we have already a lot of experience in U21... not only now but always. If the kind of experience we already have is what you got to offer, then thats fine. I only wanted to point that we are not lacking experience in the NT as you said.

I didn't mean to say it, sorry for that :)
That was about to be some kind of empty words to write something as introduction :)

Do you already know something about the uruguayan u21 players you would have to handle? which are those? about who?

Ya sabés alguna cosa de los jugadores uruguayos u21 que tendrás que dirigir? cuáles? de quiénes?

I would like you to speak all English or sb needs to translate :)

Manager few posts higher mentioned the name of my youth Filomeno Brocca. I think he is one of the best mids in his age here in Uruguay.

I don't know the skills of players but if I win elections, my main goal is to create my own database of players (even in notepad) and I will write to all of those whose players seem interesting to me :)

I would also appreciate this if users could send me skills of their players.

Si, estaba en la BDD U19 pero no estaba actualizado!

Thanks for 2 votes I got. Unfortunatelly, I think Mr 200 is too strong candidate and it will be better for your U-21 if he wins. If he hadn't applied, I would have try to get this position.

Bye and see you in the future.

Competition is always healthy so it doesnt matter how strong Mr.200 is. I will vote for him anyway, but if you think you can offer something different, why dont you stay in the race? Perhaps you should think about it... at least for those 2 people that already voted for you.

Now it is too late. I lost 2 votes, Mr 200 is too strong competitor for me. He has your (as nation) support and a lot of experience :)

All in all I appreciate that you welcomed me warmly. I hope I would train u-21 Uruguay team, if Mr 200 quits some day in the future :)
