Hi all!

I'd like to announce my candidation for managing the NT in the forthcoming season.

I'm a 40y old and i'm italian, the best Sokker tactic's school in the world. My team is called vinceremoiltricolor and I'm in love with Sokker since 2008.
Since I play Sokker I had to face with good opponents having squads better than me so I had to reduce the gap with tactic: experiment new moves, new positions, new tactics.

With you I will do my best to win as many matches as I can. It will be very important to discuss the tactical variations for every qualification-match.
To improve the National team we must be a good community, I'll do my best everyday and you should help me and we will build a new good National team.
I want to involve the community, because every win will not be mine, but it will be the result of the work and the collaboration between all the users of the community.
My prefered tactics are 4-3-3 and 4-4-2 with diamonds or winger depending on opponents.

- nt daehan minguk
- nt Ireland u21
- nt ireland
- nt island
- nt Italy u21 (two season, in world cup i arrived quarter finals)
- nt Hayastan (a little miracle http://sokker.org/league/leagueID/5338)

Quería preguntarte que piensas de la u21 de Uruguay, que objetivos tienes y cual es tu espíritu de juego. Como te gusta plantear los partidos, etc.

Mi idea será acompañar a todos los jugadores, realizando contacto con entrenadores y preparando a los más jóvenes para que en un futuro próximo tengamos un grupo cada vez más fuerte. Quiero que yo sea elegido para acercarme a los usuarios del país con el fin de conocer los equipos que forman jugadores y dar prioridad a los atletas entrenados en el país. Gracias por el espacio y buen juego a todos!

Uruguay tiene una pequeña comunidad de usuarios que diseñamos su plan de entrenamientos pensando en la selección. No deberías tener problemas en clasificar a la copa del mundo. Estamos esperando ganarla. Mucha suerte si resultas electo, de momento eres candidato único.
