Soy el actual CoCT Italiano,y la Italia està en lo mismo giron de Columbia

En Italia piensan que estarà muy facil vencer,pero yo he dicho que Colombia y Ungeria estaran muy dificil para vencer,no dobemos valudarlas malos,sin embargo,ellos me dijieron que yo fue tonto en el decir esto.Y,entonces,quiero demonstrar que yo tengo razòn.
Si conocer las calidad de los jugadores Italianos no ve parece una buena razòn para vodarme,tentare en agradarve con mi programa:

Despues toda estas sodisfaciones con mì equipo decidè de tentar la esperiencia de jugar la nacional.En esta estagion fue el CoCT de Amido en Italia.Hemos tomado todas als decisiones juntos y nuestra fue una verdadera cooperaciòn.Entonces creo que tengo la necesaria experiencia para jugar y alenar la nacional Colombiana.Con la Nacionaò Italiana hemos ganado los cuartos de final (Hemos perdido con la Polonia)y acabamos de finir el Mundialito U21 contra el Belgio en una semifinal verdaderamente guapa y luchada.

Estagion 6-7
Co.operador del CT Mr_Newton (Y observador del centrocampo)

Estagion 8-9
Co.operador del CT ilmangu (Y observador del centrocampo)
Trabajando activamiente con ilmangu (4 vez campeon de Italia) yo aprendè muchas tacticas y creè mas de 100 tacticas que guardè sobre mì computador.
Juntos,yo y ilmangu fuimos a los cuartos de final del Mundial donde perdimos con la Estonia.
Una vez que finimos el Mundial,ilmangu,me dijo que yo debia ser el Ct de las U21 Italiana en el Mundialito U21.
Yo aceptè y empezè a jugar como ct en las nacionales.
Todos los partidos iban a ser victorias y el unico partido perdido fue contra la Francia en las rigores.El problemo,segun mì,el Modor de Juego.

Estagion 10
Fue segundo en las votaciones por el CT Italiano con menos de 3 o 4 vodos antes del vincidor sydval

Estagion 12-13
Juntos a Amido fue el Ct Italiano y fuimos a los cuartos de final donde perdimos contra la Polonia (Que ha vencido,todavia,al Mundial)y con los U21 vamos a jugar las semifinales.


Tentarè de riasumer mì programo en pocos puntos,para no cansarve:

1)Crear un archivo para la gestiòn de los jugadores nacionales

2)Crecer el interese por la Nacional Colombiana cryando forum antes de los partidos de ella donde dirè la tactica y la formaciòn

3)Hablarè con todo el mundo del partido de la Nacional

4)Crecer los jovenes y el interesamiento en ellos con forum abiertos sobre ellos mismo de vuestros equipos jovenes

5)Organizar partidos U21 con jovenes siempre diferentes para hacer jugar jovenes y dar a los alenadores la posibilidad de crecer sus jovenes

Quiero,tambien,crear otras ideas para hacer una National Publica y no privada.Pero,se harrè con vuestros ayudos.
Tendrarè bisuen^o de Observadores,pero no quiero decir yo quien puede.Me gustaria que ustedes vayan a proponerse.
Cuando y si yo vaya a elegir en Colombia,mirarè a vuestras proposiciones.

Mi objectivo està calificarme en el futuro Mundial,pruebando a Vencer,donde,mì predecessor no lo fue.
Columbia puede entrar en el Mundial con un fuerte trabajo de alenamiento y de tactica,mriar a crecer los jovenes como ya he dicho.

In Italy all think about an easy draw, I told them that Colombia and Magyarorszàg are good team, no to be understimated but they mocking me, so I wanna make them change idea.

I`ve been playing Sokker for more than 3 years (since March 2005) and with my club I`ve obtained many satisfactions.

Here in brief the history of Dinamo Gruntz (my team):

After all those satisfactions with my club I decided of trying a new experience training a national team.
In this season I've been Co-Ct of Amido with the Italian National team, we've taken all the decisions together and ours was a really co-operation so I think I have enough experience to try to lead your NT.
With our NT we reached the quart of final in the WC (we've been eliminated from Polska) and we've been just eliminated for the U21 unofficial WC after a fightened SemiFinal.

This is my CV regarding my national club experience:

Co-operator (Opposing team mid-fielders observer) of the former Italian Coach Mr_Newton
Season 8-9
Co-operator (Assistant coach, mid-fielders scout) of the former Italian Coach ilmangu
Working actively with ilmangu (4 times Italian Serie A winner), I improved a lot my tactical view, producing more than 100 tactics that are still saved in my Hard-Disk.
Together with ilmangu we reach without problems the Final Round of the World Cup, where we have been eliminated in the 1/4 final by Estonia.
Once finished the world cup, ilmangu offered me to take care of the U21 team in the U21 World Cup.
I accepted without problems and I experimented the ecstasy of being national coach.
Experiment that Italy finished unbeaten, quitting the competition only after the penalties against France (winner of the cup), in a match full of oddity of the Match Engine.
Season 10
2nd classified in the election for the Italian national team Coach, with just a few of votes less than the winner sydval.
Season 12-13 CT of the Italy with Amido.We've finished the Group in first position, reached the 1/4 final in the WC (eliminated from Poland) and reached the Semi-Final in the U21 WC (we're still playing in this tournament)


I try to resume my project in a few points, just not to make you bored.
1) Creation of a Data-Base for a quick managing of national players
2) A raise of interest on the national team with thread created just some minutes before the match, in which we will announce the starting team and the tactic.
3) Discussion with all the users about the match of the day
4) Improvement of the young team, the real engine of this game, with threads created for the optimization of the young players coming from your teams.
5) Organization of U21 friendlys, trying to use many different players, so that the owners will be stimulated on training them (Even for this point I have to check the Material at our disposition).

I have in mind other ideas to make the national team a thing in common for all of you, but this will depend also from your help!
Obviously I will need some Scout for each role. I still didn`t choose who is gonna take this position because I would prefer if you Columbian fellas would take this task.
In proper time I will considerate the nomination of those of you that want to help me.

My main objective for your NT is obviously try to qualificate to the next WC, trying to manage where the previous CT didn't reach.
Colombia has the chance of reaching those results with a great work based on communication, and with a training tactic, that as I said, will be pointed on the young players.
