I don't think so, and I think it's a normal think (I don't want to to remove a merit from his election).
Me and my friend Amido too, when we started in training the Italian NT didn't have any idea of the skills of the players we would have found, but with 3 weeks of hard work we built up a DB of more than 500 players that allow us to work with the better we have a disposition.
For what concern the community... I admit that I don't know much of you, but as I said the knoweledge is a progressive way and I was ready to sacrify some of my free time to try to make me know to the community
