Hello everybody!
It's election time again and I'm here ready to play my chanches with Venezuela NT
I'm 32yo, I've been playing Sokker since Oct '06 and now I'm in italian second level ("serie B") with my club. My NT experience :
1. I managed for 8 seasons Pilipinas Under21, bringing it from 92th positon to the 58th position
2. Few months ago, I won the Under21 World Cup with Italy, managed for only 2 seasons
With my candidature I'd like to propose you not only a simple NT management, but a management system which will bring quality and continuity to this national team.
I think one of the most important thing in sokker is to plan, to plan and to plan again :)
It's necessary to have clear ideas and programs in medium\long terms if we want to bring up the NT and working to reach the best world teams.
This is the program for the next season:
- Scout position: I'd be very happy to collaborate with some Venezuelan users, in order to cooperate with the Venezuelan community
- Ranking climb: my goal is to bring this NT in the first 20\25 positions and obviously I'll try to go farthest as I can in next World Cup. I think Venezuela could reach at least quarter finals in every World Cup.
- Db improvements: another goal of my management will be to work hard, day after day, with your DB. In Pilipinas as well as in Italy, I have always considered essential to have constantly updated my database.
Thanks to my experience I've developed really effective ways to find new players around the world and I can assure that if I'll be the next coach you will end up with a database never seen before ;)

IMPORTANT
I know communication in english could be a problem for some people, I can understand it very well... but if you give me a little time, I can find some collaboration with some venezuelan users or if this will not be possible, I'll try to find someone who speaks Spanish among my friends :)

a mi me parece un buen candidato independientemente que no hable español, ganó un mundial U21 cosa que nadie aquí puede igualar y eso ya me parece un buen background

Why do you choose Venezuela among other countrys?
If you followed Venezuelan path can you tell me what was the mistakes that makes the disqualification of Venezuela in the last WC?

no es q si no se lanza alguien de los caballos de aki de venezuela, prefieron lanzarme yo q darle el voto a un extrangero... vamos señores q alguien de los de casa se lance, dejen la webona!!

empieza revisando el mercado todos los dias y anotate cada vez que salga un juvenil prometedor... el resto seria que le mandaras un mail a cada usuario pidiendo jugadores sub 21 con ciertas habiliadades.

venezuela has a really good base with about 200 users, some players are definitely competitive at international level... so i think it's one of the best country where to try to plan a serious project focused on a hard work of scouting with the aim of giving continuity (of growth and of results) to this NT.

aren't you the current coach? :p honestly, it makes little sense to judge the day after....and then, i don't know your db'situation and your tactic. Last season i was the tactical advisor for Italyu21 and for Belgie, I followed with particular attention to run of Norway of my friend Ale70 and to be honest very few match about other teams, like venezuela. For sure, the match against Hrvatska was very close, but i'm sure! you got out from WC surely cause you have not done enough penalty'training :PPP (i watched it this night ...today and next days i'll watch all your matches, so if you like to talk about venezuelan'world cup i'll be ready)

italians are really crazy for the tactic, with a nt management it's possible to challenge all around the world against different tactical' culture, make contacts with different cultures and learn about communities so different from the italian'one.
we have to not forget that Sokker is also a community game, not only a stupid football game

Ciertamente, el partido contra Croacia fue muy equilibrado pero estoy seguro de una cosa. saliste da la copa solo porque no ha entrenado suficiente l'equipo in penalties :PPP (vi el partido esta noche...pero hoy y en los próximos días, voy a ver todos los vostros partidos por lo que si alguien quiere discutir conmigo sobre la copa del mundo)
3.Los italianos están locos por la táctica,con una NT se puede desafiar a la gente de todo el mundo, aprender diferentes culturas, conocer gente diferente y aprender cosas nuevas.
no dobemos olvidar que Sokker es un juego de comunidad, no sólo un estúpido juego de futbol
