Hello.
My name is Bartek, I'm 31 years old. In the SK I play for 9 years so I've many experience in the game. 30 season in club -> 22 ending with trophy in Nation League -> 9x gold, 10x silver, 3x bronze. Besides won silver in the Champions League, and twice bronze in the National Cup. At this time I lead three Nations - Ireland, Poland and Schweiz:
Ireland [2 seasons]
1st -> qualify to WC Finals - first historical for Ireland [from 41 rank in SK].
2nd -> third place in group, brake me 1 goal to qualify in to PO phase.
Poland [4 seasons]
1st -> qualify to WC Finals.
2nd -> 1/4 WC [2 red card -> 14', 24' against Hrvatska], 4 place in Euro u27.
3rd -> qualify to WC Finals.
4th -> bronze in WC Finals, gold in Euro u27.
Schweiz [1 season]
1st -> 3rd position in Group QWC and promoted from 24 position in World Rank to 16.
To sum up my trophy:
- gold and 2x silver trophy in Polska Ekstraklasa
- 2x bronze in National Cup
- silver trophy in Champions Cup
- bronze trophy in World Cup with Poland
- gold trophy in Euro u27 with Poland
- gold trophy from two tournaments "International Arcade Cup vol 2 and vol 3."
That's my plan for Venezuela:
When it comes to working with the team -> I don't do anything in haste. Everything must be thought out, arranged. As for tactics, I'm versatile. I like to set up new tactics, set in 'the opponent'. There is no one perfect setting. We must constantly seek new solutions:) If I win the NT election I will give it 100% and not disappoint Yours expectations. I count on Yours support.
The plan for the upcoming season is simple:
1) selection players for World Cup Qualifying:
The upcoming season is a friendly season. So first weeks I would like to use it for orientation in situation of the players in Venezuela and try out tactics in first friendly matches. The first weeks is also the time to find common language with the national managers. I would not do anything against the club managers. It's known that a good atmosphere on the line: coach NT - coach club is very important. I would like to cooperate and not interfere. I hope that this is the way to go.
2) qualify for TOP32 in Rank!:
Currently, Venezuela is 47 in SK Rank. My main plan for the upcoming season is promoted Venezuela for the TOP 32. It's a pity that there is no Venezuela in TOP32, because then qualify to WC would be easier. Easier would be also to fight for high pot in draw for the Qualification World Cup groups. Nothing, however, don't change it now. We need to fight:)
