I'am an italy boy (an old boy) with very good experience in sokker.I play in Italy serieB (second level) from many seasons. I lived in Otranto many time and I know a little Shqpeira and his wonderful sea.

My curriculum with NT:
I'm training midfielders from 5 years and i was in NT italian staff for 10 season and in England staff for 1 season.
I Trained Belarus U21 for last 2 seasons.I played with many young players from 18 to 20 years and I builded a good database for future of their NT senior.
I trained Pilipinas NT for last 3 seasons and, with my staff, maked a wonderful job, increased users and builded a complete database.

I want create a good database for the future of Shqiperia and i want minimum 3 local users in my staff to organize a great job and follow all active users that train nt players.
All staff members talk in a forum every week and scout suggest me players to call in Nt.

I want create a big interest to Nt for all users of your Nation and arrive over 100 user with some promo video, operation of success in Pilipinas too( from 52 at 121 users in 1 year!)

I want use player that are trained in good way, age not is important, series not is important.
Together we can make a good job.All users, if they want, will make an important part in my project.
We must create an important circle to improve our players and help Nt senior in future! Best Manager are prized from me!

I will apologize in international forum and in Italy every young players born in Shqiperia, to create a group of coach that train our youngs in good way, with excellent staff.I know many users, in sokker world that trust in a project and are ready to spend for our and your enjoinment!Sokker is a game, but I make a game in serious way and we need an important program, to follow together.

In Italy are trained 15 players of Pilipinas and 14 players of Belarus Nt with our apologize!

I personally follow new users to know sokker world, to train better their players, to improve thir economy and after we see results

it wil be new manager, we dont know who tactic he like but i scan his team later.

the same manager, he love play centered tactic, winger can Crash this :)



Singapore

plays all matches the same tactic, what a stupid thing :) odfcoure he can change defensive line and atack for the oponents but its the same and this is easy to make special tactic for this match.



Nicaragua

weakest team in gropup, we must win all matches wit nicaragua.


the most difficult teamt is deutchland ofcoure, they have actuals good tactic and very good team.

this is my short opinion about this group.

But Albania will have a very weak team. It takes a lot of coaching young players.

It's a great pity.

i know wo-10 i interesting this NT for 3-4 seasons :) you know it :) the most importatnt thing is take care of young players for the future succes.

I spoke with active managers and they will be open junior school. This is important. Especially good work and preparation for NT.

i tell the same to user what im know in Albania 2 season agoo, but they didint open:( players from rare country are expensive and this is great to make big money for Albiania users.

All National Team of Group L are strong, I think that with great game Shqipeira can arrive third in qualification.

Important for me is create a good group of trainers, that use Nt U21 players in championship and cup.

I made this job in Pilipinas and we have very good results in 3 seasons, users liked thier NT and increase community.

I think that in U21 team of second group, as Shqipeira is, Coach must make in this way.

None write me, I'm thirsty.

We can make many things all together, I serarch my scouts!
