Welcome to all players of Ecuador.
My name is Matthew, I'm 19 years old. I am: patient, compromise, I do not give up easily, I strive for the target. I am football player (now I have a break in football due to knee injury) so I know the football team. I play Sokker more than 3 years. I have a lot of experience. Last season I was a scout of the Polish U-21. I compete in this season to the coach of Ecuador U-21 performance, Because in this season Ecuador U-21 had poor results. I believe that the representation of the U-21 Ecuador will get better results and I am here to try if you choose me to coach. I promise i will devote a lot of time if I become a coach of this team.
My vision of Representation:
So in the 1st and most important point in the plan is promotion to the Championship season came in the next season, the next point is to build a strong team of 20 and 19 year old players, so that i will make better and stronger this composed.
Creating a database of best Ecuadorians players in terms of the U17-U21.
With the database I will be able to monitor the progress of players, react in the absence of jump, to advise training the players to be the best qualified to play in the team. When it comes to scouting, I can assure that it will be at a high level, and every good player will not be lost by me and my scouts. As for tactics-my favorite is 4-4-2 and 4-3-3. Of course, if I'll become the coach i will set up the players' tactics. I'll do the tactics of rivals. There will be no single universal tactics.
I guarantee if I become the coach i will organize competitions for example(Selecting best player after the match which will translate to the players of the season, After the match I will evaluate players' game, bet matches). Who cares that english is a second language in world or in your country, may be the first, who cares about that, here in our country the first is the spanish, and you as a foreigner, if you intend to be our NT, you must assume our language.

I agree with you, and more people speak Spanish than English. Almost all of South America speaks Spanish.

well... some guys just told seasons ago that candidates will only take in consideration if they speak in spanish for a country like ecuador.

And, come on... 90% of the world doesnt speak spanish?
