Hi friends, I'm writing to you to expose why I could be a great trainer for Andorran selection.
Initially, I want to excuse me but I can't speak a good catalan, so I'll write my discourse in english and then I'll translate it in catalan with on-line translator for who can't understand english.

I'm sure I could be a great trainer for your country principally for these reasons:

- my staff: or better, my friends; I won't work alone, 3 of my friends will help me in every scouting or tactical decision, they are: All in team, Human team and Vtat

-my time: I work for an informatic company, so I can spend a lot of time connected to the game, to answer your questions, to scout every andorran player, to study our opponents

-my tactics: this year I had to play against teams with players having better skills than mine, but with the right defensive attention and taking the right offensive decisions I often succeeded to get a good result like here or here, sometimes we'll play against strongest nations and this is the only way for the victory

-my ideas: I have no strict tactical ideals, I always look at my opponent and I try to take the right distance between the defensive and the offensive line, study his weaknesses, without giving any reference point

Hola amics, em dirigeixo a vostè per exposar per què podria ser un gran entrenador de la selecció d'Andorra.
Inicialment, vull que em disculpeu però no puc parlar un bon català, així que vaig a escriure el meu discurs en anglès i, a continuació vaig a traduir en català en línia per que no pugui entendre Anglès.

Estic segur que podria ser un gran entrenador del seu país, principalment per aquestes raons:

- [I] la meva tàctica [/ i]: Aquest any vaig haver de jugar contra equips amb jugadors que tenen millors habilitats que els meus, però amb l'atenció preventiva i el dret de prendre les decisions correctes ofensiva sovint aconseguit obtenir un bon resultat com aquí o [mid= 10250978] aquí[/mid], de vegades anem a jugar contra nacions més fortes i aquest és l'únic camí per a la victòria

- [I] les meves idees [/ i]: No tinc ideals estrictament tàctic, jo sempre miro al meu oponent i jo tracte de prendre la distància adequada entre la defensa i la línia ofensiva, l'estudi de les seves debilitats, sense donar cap punt de referència
