Subject: [U21] Ringhiostarr

Hello to the whole community of Andorra!

Let me to introduce myself. I'm ringhiostarr, a manager of Scarpones FC team that play in italian Serie D.64 league.

I open this topic because I would like to become the future manager of Andorra U21 selection, and I will candidate for this great role, and I hope to gain your trust. For this last reason, I open this topic with a little advance, so we could speak about tactics, management of U21, and then, if there is anyone that would participate in my staff, I would like to accept him :).
If anyone would reply in catalan language, I understand it a lot. Italian and Catalan are similar languages :)



What could I offer to Andorra U21?
1 - Experience of sokker, that I've gained in my italian leagues, talking in a very active italian community
2 - Experience of management an U21 team: 3 and 4 season ago I was the manager of Italy U21. Before I was scout of Italy and now I am the main scout and "suggester" of Italy U21 to its manager, Supercel7.
3 - my pledge to U21 Andorra, I have time to dedicate at the team.
4 - the trasparency of management. When I was main coach of italy U21, italian community recognize me this feature.
5 - I wouldn't like to be only a U21 manager, but I have a greater project. I would like to share my experience with all of you, in order to raise your experience. In this way, we could bould a very strong team. Do you imagine Andorra U21 that fight for the world cup? Me, yes! Have I a daydream? :D

Why have I choosed Andorra?
I've seen that a country with only 14 users, has got a good U21 player. So I've seen on it a great will to grow. I would be your leadership

About me, I like use a 4-3-1-2 like line up of my team, with a winger. Then I use an arretrate striker setted up like MID, in the opposite side of the winger, with the objective of help the movement of the ball. This is my experiment, with my team. I think that I not use this feature if I will be elected, because I need some types of players.
In fact, when I was coach of italy, I used to prepare the matches in accordance with the types of players that I had, and my opponent. So, I've used other formation, not only 4-3-1-2. I think that before creating a formation, you have to look what kind of player you have.
Talking about the defense, I would like to use only 4 defenders, but sometimes I know that needs a defensive line with 5 defenders, against stronger team, especially if they use wingers.

My best matches, of course, happened when I have defeated Polska U21 with a great result and performance.

Being honest always pay, I think. About my balance........... yes, surely I'm balanced, because I was manager of italy.... and it was terrible!!!!! Someone has always to say even when you win XD.

I advise that the last line up of Italy U21 was made by me :), Italy vs Argentina. I'm very happy because, despite the draw match, I have made a very good match, I think.

I expected to find obstacles about my foreing nationality, but I would like to point out that in real footbal many national team are managed by foreing coaches like Advocaat on Russia or Fabio Capello in England :).

I opened this topic early in order to destroy these obstacles and know better Andorrian community, I'm not a "barbarian invader" XD. I hope to gain your trust if you give me a chance.

It's hard to say in few words, but I try it:

We are 14 users. 11 of them never write in forums. 2 of them are discontinuously forum active users. And me.

For me, most active user, what is important is managers who are involved in Sokker Andorra (nationals or foreigners) during all season, not only in election time. This is the best for Andorra, more than tactical solutions and so (it's important as we like good football play, but not definitively).

I don't know about other users what are thinking, but you can expect same things of them that you can expect in other countries; in %, of course. Not in absolute numbers. To make clrearly you can answer a question: what % of italian users do participate in asking NT candidates?

It's only my opinion. I don't like you getting disapointed for this because I can understand your illusion (and others candidate's illusion, too).

I expected it :), for this reason, it's better for me to try to enter in NT team.
There are many examples of other italian managers that have taken interest of foreing NT only during elections, and many of these attemps goes ok.... I'm unlucky .
Seriously I appreciate your opinion, I think.... you're right! :D.

About italian community, the % is very low, but there are two environment very different. In a little community usually the % is higher, because the conversation between member is easier and slowly. For example, in every league that I've been there was many users that write in league forum but I've never seen in Sokker Italia.

I've seen that I've not got good success (0 votes), and, with the reason that my candidature for the staff of Andorra U21 has beeen rejected, I've decided to retire my candidature, because I can't give my support.
