My name is Sorin, I am 35 years and i play sokker for 2 years and i am manager of
VULTURII RESITA team.
Trough this years i get alot of experience in management and mostly in tactics.I train best defenders of 18 years in Paraguay:Sebastian Orrego

I want to share all my experience and knowledge with PARAGUAY National Team 21 years,and i promise ill do all my best in order to obtain best results!!!

I will present my advantage to be chosen coach NT21:
-I have in my club team only young players.I know how to work with young players.I managed with a very young team to get 3rd place at the end of season
-I really like this game and I spend a very long time in this game
-I managed to make good tactics due to which I was able to beat teams much better than my team
-I have never lost to a team that mark out smaller than my team

I have a question for you: What are the requirements that take into account a candidate to vote?

If thats is your question, I can tell you that, from my own experiencies, in this community (Paraguay) people always prefer the candidates who are always participating in forums, helping users, giving advices, presenting new things, etc. People would later take into account the experience of the user and after that, they will consider the ideas and intentions presented by the candidate. Obviously, points of view are different in every case, but this is a general idea of how people decide their candidates :)

this is my big disadvantage: I do not speak Spanish.I will be very difficult to wear a discussion with community :(

will my staff need to employ someone who knows how to speak Spanish :)

If I win the election for NT U21, my goals are:
-to advance at least 5 places in the general ranking of national teams U21
-to use more than U20 years to be ready next season to attend the World Cup preliminaries
-forum to discuss tactics before the game about to be used
-after the match to answer any question regardless of the outcome of the match
-after the match to show good things and bad things in the game
-to convince managers to better train the national team players
