Subject: [NT] Company - 16 games, 16 different tactics

Hi all Paraguayans:)

Some of you know me and know that I started already in the elections, and that I tried to help the last coach (Illiadme), giving him tactical advice. Now for the second time in my life have expressed my candidacy in elections for the national team coach of Paraguay.

Go straight to the point. My election slogan and goal is to work on tactics NT Paraguay. I think the lack of true stars of Sokker is a problem for the NT of Paraguay, but the biggest problem is the tactics - often neglected by successive coaches, or wrong in relation to the rival.
I will try to do everything to make the good players of Paraguay, create a true team, which finds its place on the field and will meet its objectives at 100%. Paraguay will not play in the World Cup finals, so we have 16 weeks to play 16 friendlies and try out all possible nuances and possibilities.
In my sokker career, I has repeatedly won against rivals who had a better teams by 2-3, sometimes 5 and even 10 points. I am absolutely convinced that I will be able to repeat my achievements while working with the national team of Paraguay, and thus prepare themselves adequately for the next elimination as early as next season.

16 games - 16 different tactics. A lot of work and hopefully a lot of success.

This is 21ist century. I don't think that communication in English was a serious problem for someone:).

Perhaps its not a problem, its just annoying to have someone not speaking our own language.

It's a serious problem indeed... Good luck anyway...

Many Polish players were elected for the coaches of national teams - even in Africa, or Asia, despite the fact that they didn't know the languages of those countries. Don't bother them in communication, in the conduct of the national team and winning.

I communicate in english with the previous coach (Liadme) and I think it was no problem for him.

What can I say ... Hello again:)

I take part in elections for the third time. I do not think I need to present, the majority of regular users of this forum know me, you younger ones can read the first post of this topic.

I will not write anything new. I think that I am a manager who could cope with the representation of Paraguay and achieve good results with it, that would give us a chance to advance to the World Cup. My election slogan from last season is a still timely - tactic is the key. There will be not sixteen sparring, so there is no time for experimentation, but I believe that my skills that I acquired in the Polish league matches will be sufficient. However, it will work with the tactic, watching matches rivals, drawing conclusions, and many other things the other categories, such as a broad match threads on the forum.

I think that's all. I will not promise any miracles, just hard work for the national team.
