Hi everyone!
My name is Hubert. The current team I train for a year. This is not my first team. I started the adventure in sokker in 2006, as a young boy.
The main thing is that I never had the national team.
I learned in a short time how to create the appropriate tactics against rivals.
In addition, I am in constant contact with the best players sokker in Poland. Many things we discuss together.

What I would do in the upcoming season? What I have plans?
- Dialogue with the community about the Paraguay national team and individual players.
- Updating the NTDB,
- Creating the optimal composition (experience with a mix of youth)
- Guarantee sparring with strong national teams.

Tactics:
I do not use one tactic. Every time I try to match the tactics to rival. I prefer attacking style of play, but do not forget about defense game.

Why me?
The previous coach did not qualify for the World Cup. This is a good time to change the coach, who is motivated to build a new national team that will compete in the next qualifying for promotion to the World Cup.

Mi nombre es Hubert. Equipo actual entrena todo el año. Esta no es mi primera banda. Empecé la aventura en Sokker en 2006, cuando era un niño.
Lo más importante es que nunca he tenido la representación.
Aprendí en un corto período de tiempo, cómo crear las tácticas de la derecha contra los rivales.
Además, estoy en contacto constante con los mejores jugadores en Sokker Polonia. Muchas de las cosas que discutir juntos.

Lo que quiero hacer en la próxima temporada? ¿Cuáles son mis planes?
- Diálogo con la comunidad acerca de la representación de Paraguay y los jugadores individuales.
- Actualización NTDB,
- Creación de la composición óptima (experiencia con una mezcla de juventud)
- Te garantizo partidos de control con equipos fuertes

tácticas:
Yo no uso una de las tácticas. Cada vez que intenta ajustar tácticas para rivalizar. Yo prefiero atacar estilo de juego, pero no se olvide de juego de defensa.

¿Por qué yo?
El actual entrenador no califica para la Copa del Mundo. Este es un buen momento para cambiar el entrenador que está motivado para construir un nuevo equipo nacional que competirá en la próxima fase de clasificación para el ascenso a la Copa del Mundo.

Welcome hubertrts! Nice presentation. I hope to see you frequently in our forums (even if you don't get elected for the following season). One of the most important factors for us to prefer one coach over another is the fact that we actually get know the candidate, so one of the best ways to do that is participating in our forum.

Why did you leave the game back then? And what brought you into the game again?

I decided to choose a small community, which is Paraguay, here to awaken the spirit of the game. For several weeks, I watch forum federation of Paraguay, but I did not write anything.
As I mentioned - cooperation with trainers from the Polish allow us to enhance the level of Paraguay.

In response to your question - I did not know how to manage finances well and the team, I had problems with tactics. Then came other responsibilities and I finished the game.
I returned to the game with a lot of optimism, I am a very active player, I have got a lot of conversations about sokker with my polish frends, I develope myself and I am motivated to sokker developed in every nation!
