Hello dear managers,
after some negotiation with Jiler and some other guys I thought about leading a national team somewhere. And China was from the beginning my main objective!
Who am I ?
My name is Carnavalist, in real life it's Stijn Van der Putten.
I'm a good working student in my native country, Belgium.
Unfortunately I spend too much time on sokker, but I just love it. ;)
Achievements ?
First I managed to promote with my team from 6th to 3rd division in 3 seasons! Nobody did that before. I've allready lots of experience with NT's :
- Azerbayan : Assistant-coach
- Island : Assistant-coach
- Belgium : 3 times youth scout, 1 time supervisor scout.
And the most people appreciated my work, because I always did my best for them! And now I want to try it on a higher level. I know I can make this work. The last seasons I also learned a lot about tactics and it’s really working these days.
My plans for China
China isn't that famous at all, but I want to change that statement! I know not everything is possible, we have to conquer the facts! This season I’ve been active in China and I did my best to help you guys out there. Last season was horrible for this NT, the Chinese community had chosen hap to become their new coach. I always supported him and I’ve tried to help as much as I could, but it didn’t help. China has lost almost every friendly the past season, caused by some crappy tactics and the selection of wrong players. But I still see things in a good way, I noticed some progression and I want to continue with that progression. China has big potential, it’s a fast growing nation on sokker. But we have to do some major changes and improvements, for sure.
Jiler
He is the man who brought this country to a higher level, he deserves a statue in China in my opinion. Nobody can ever achieve with this country what he did. Together with him I followed our NT and we noticed that it wasn’t good although hap did do his best. He said to me that he won’t participate in the next elections.. a big loss of course. I can’t make him forget, but I can try to do as good as he did. I’ve got his support I hope and I’ll communicate and listen to him in order to bring this NT back to where it belongs.
Staff
I don't make arrangements before the winner is known. I only take the best people for the specific position. You too, I need some of you guys, only you know this country and his players the best. And remember : a coach is nothing alone of course.. Together with Jiler and BeGe I’ll keep an eye on every thing about this NT.
Communication
My English isn't bad at all and to have a chat with you guys, I can learn the language, but that’s quite impossible I think ;) ! Or I can hire a translator, I would appreciate that. For exemple duwei, he's an awesome translator and already did lots of good things for China.
I could talk for hours, but this country doesn’t need some useless words, it needs action. And I hope to make this plan happen, I’ll hope to bring this country back to where it belongs, I hope to win as much matches as we can, I hope to play some nice friendlies, I hope to learn a lot as coach of China, and so on..
And if I don’t get elected, I won’t stop helping China of course. I’ll support the new coach as much as I can, always. But everybody knows that I can do lot more as coach of this country.

Carnavalist, I thin your staff should include kokkie, BeGe, and two users from China. But of course decision is your.

Kokkie is welcome, I can use him as hell with his experience. ;) BeGe is a friend of mine in real life, so that's handy to discuss things about the NT. And maybe some other Belgian manager, but that'll be the last one. I absolutely need at least one Chinese manager to help me out, I'm thinking about duwei. He could help me to communicate with our U-21, because that will be important!

duwei will be great, but last time he isn't as active as in the past, and he doesn't answer for my mail.
About the U21 :
It's good that the Chinese managers have chosen for some Chinese manager. I don't make a problem of it at all, but I really hope that this manager will do his best for the U21. Don't underestimate the importance of the U21! We have to update and follow our youngsters and we have to give advice to the managers so we can guide them to the big boys. With all the respect, but you could choose for kokkie or BeGe, 2 superb managers who could do their best for U21 and if some other manager gets elected, I accept it, but when it goes wrong, is inactive and stuff, I really get pissed.
It's good that the Chinese managers have chosen for some Chinese manager. I don't make a problem of it at all, but I really hope that this manager will do his best for the U21. I am worry, because he was coach of seniors, and he wasn't contact with managers, and he don't have skills of NT players, hope this time won't be the same.

If I get elected as coach of the A team, it isn't my task to look after the young players. I don't have to update them, I don't have to make the tactics for the U21 and so on.. But if I see this, I have to do all these things, because they won't. I'll do my best for the A team and I'll see what I can do besides that, but it will be hard to communicate and understand eachother IF they're active of course.
BUT: Nothing is decided yet and I'll follow the decision of the Chinese community. I hope that everything that I just said will be wrong. ;)

By the way, i am selling my international of china, cause he is getting to old and to good on defending. Im not switching to another training, so he has to go. I think he needs pace and a little tech.

And about your player, I understand you have to get rid of him. But show some patience, it's really necessary that he goes to the right trainer. And I'll let you know when some other player is for sale.

yeah i know.. but it is difficult, cause he is going to the highest bidder :S
He is a good player already, only needs pace and tech... def is cool now.. he is on transferads now, so im waiting for someone to make a bid ;)
