Well, you know, the dev have done some changes on youth team lately. Now we aren't really able to see the true level of ours youths, but we see an esteem, more smooth the more matches that youth has played (but youth matches will start in two weeks) and the better yours coach main skill is.
So don't worry 'bout the graph....

I now look at the depressed youth team.

But your babes havn't played any match, cause the youth league hasn't started yet, so the esteem is not that good. Really, don't worry 'bout the good youth of yours, they're still as good as before!!!

Also as before. Then I can rest assured. But honestly I do not like the changes to the youth team.

First, I'm very happy to see your youthcoach, great you are spending a lot of many on your youtschool. You'll be rewarded with some good youthpulls, no doubt.

Secondly, the current youth system (the new one, just implemented) is odd and strange. Don't get the whole thing myself at this point. When I will start that campaign, I will give some more info and declaration of the current youthschool system.
