I've just updated this forum with some interesting extra information!

When I started here, we hadn't got a database. Only some sort of Word Document with skills. This season it changed. Thanks to Manda Chuva I arranged a database for China, more than 75 players are part of it! And that number is increasing every day. Such a tool is very important to keep an eye on the evolution of our players, so you can keep a record in order to select the best players.

NTDB - Zhōngguó

Send your players to the NT Database with the following steps:

1 - Install FireFox
2 - Install FireSokker

After you are in the player page, a flag will appear under the player name. Just click on it and you will be redirected to the NT Database.

Note: even if you can`t use Mozilla FireFox, you can add/update your player manually by clicking here. Using Internet Explorer your team will not appear on the Ranking of best NT Trainers.

4th place and 12 points out of 10 games, looks bad but against countries as Romania, Srbija and Russia you can't get points, they're too good, that's a matter of facts. We had chances against 2 countries, Crna Gora and Letzebuerg and we won those 4 games. In my opinion China has done a great job by achieving the 4rd place in this group. I'm statisfied and very proud to see that our NT is growing every second.. 48 rating and players with an average age of 21.8 (!!), that's just superb. With this team and lots of upcoming great talents and youthpulls, China has to become still greater in the next seasons.

Our fixtures of this season. More red than green, but that's obvious if you look at the opponents. We won against teams we had to win against, only against Hong Kong we had to win.. Quite good results I think, we made some progress through to season, I learned some things. Next season I'll try to arrange some easier friendlies.

So from your post, I can say that situation before you came here was horrible...

Don't forget me wrong Jiler, I was only talking about the season just before me.
That wasn't you I think? Was it? :) You did say yourself that hap did a terrible job one season ago.

Like I said last season, you did a great job.. China wasn't good as now at that moment, so your challenge was harder than mine.

He is the man who brought this country to a higher level, he deserves a statue in China in my opinion. Nobody can ever achieve with this country what he did. Together with him I followed our NT and we noticed that it wasn’t good although hap did do his best. He said to me that he won’t participate in the next elections.. a big loss of course. I can’t make him forget, but I can try to do as good as he did. I’ve got his support I hope and I’ll communicate and listen to him in order to bring this NT back to where it belongs.

Don't forget this..
My season wasn't perfect and if I want to achieve what you did, I have to stay for another 5 seasons or something like that.

I was sure, that you take NT season after me, so who was NT coach then? My memory is really poor... :-)

Btw, the Chinese community has chosen a Chinese manager to become their U21 coach. He'll replace endpoint I think. I hope he knows what he is starting.. I had BeGe who really wanted to do this. We could make a perfect team, but the Chinese community has chosen someone else and I have to respect that I think. :)

Yeah, in Chinese local community, most users choose to still support Carnavalist. And for U-21, I believe xyleixin will reasonably win out. [aja]
