xyleixin said the Chinese community really wanted a Chinese manager for the U21, if that's correct I respect that decision. But I think an experienced and motivated manager deserves always a chance, BeGe has done a great job this season already.

But xyleixin will do good I hope? I count on him! :)

Actually most of local Chinese users prefer to the outside community because they don't like English. That's why few of them often visit our in-site forum here. Xyleixin is pretty active guy in local community so it would reasonably easy for him to drum up more votes there.

But the job of NT position is not an easy one. The coach will feel more pressure if he appears lack of experience and patience, which results in a poor performance. Not sure if Xyleixin has adequate qualification to do the job well but most of users in the local community would like to let him have a try. If he does not work well or loses the interest. we might seek a foreign coach with more experience. So if you keep on supporting China NT and visiting here, you will get the chance sooner or later. [aja] Anyway your great contribution in the last couple of seasons will be appreciated. [cool]

Yeah ... but after all now the final result hasn't been confirmed. If he is elected successfully, I think he might appoint some staffs to assist him. I hope he can come to this forum more and communicate with foreign advisors, and practice his English in this way. [he]

If you keep on supporting China NT for a few seasons I think you will get the support because not too many Chinese users are interested in the NT coach job because they would like to focus more of their attention and energy on the development of their own clubs. [aja]

Yes I hope that they wil come to this forum. ( maybe you can encourage them ! )

Yeah , it's not easy to take care of a national team , hopefully he will do his job well...
