Subject: [U21] kokkiepower

Hi sokker managers of China!

after some consideration for the new season, i decided i want to do something new and lead (or help) the NT of a country. I decided China is a lovely country and i train a national teammember of china, so the choice was easy.

Who am I?
My manager name is kokkiepower and in real life my name is Bart de Kok. I live in Holland, near Eindhoven in a small town called Heeze. Im a student of Tilburg University and my occupation is Bussiness economics. I have a side-job at a bank, ING. I am 22 years old and really enthousiastic about this fantastic game!

Achievements?
My achievements are not that big, but i always play for the championship! i promoted within 2 seasons from 4th division to 3th division and this season, i ended up on 3th place. My main goal the past 3 seasons is to train possible nt-players. So championship is hard to reach, and i like the current league im in. I've managed to get 3 of my players in NT, one of them is chinese, and am planning to do it all over again!
My experiences on NT are limited, but i follow every big championship and every match china has played the last seasons. But with help of good friends and staff i can make China U-21 a solid and difficult to beat team!

My plans for China
All U-21 teams start from a 0-point. I know we have some very talented players that meet our requirements. My goal is to create a base for the future, have a competative team and win matches! After upcoming season, I want China to play well on the worldcup and qualification round of that world cup. This season will be crucial for that, we need a good base, need some good tactics and need to have great talented players.
One thing i have learned in sokker is that defence pays. So i want to start with a defensive tactic, because all attacks starts at defence. Every match has his own tactic, every opponent needs another tactic and i have the time and ability to create one to win the match, based on a solid, unpassable defence.
If everything works out, and the players are trained well, i know for sure, we can reach the worldcup next season!

Staff
I did not think of a staff yet, but i think it depends on what the NT-coach wants, because NT is still the most important team of this country. First we need a coach for this team and after that we need to think about the staff and the possible cooperation with the NT-coach and staff. Because i think the U-21 coach and NT-coach need to work together to have two nice national teams. Just because a player can only be in one team (U-21 or NT) and we have some players who are 19-20 years old and even meet the requirements for NT. So after the elections, we will think about the staff.

Communication
The language of China is difficult for me. I dont understand it at all. My main language will be english and maybe i can hire a translator. For communication with the NT-coach, it depends on who it will be, but if carnavalist is choosen, no problems will arise, cause we speak the same language. I am willing to learn a little bit of chinese, but i heard it is the most difficult language to learn. But im sure we have a great community which can help me and the National Team coach out!

I am reallt excited to start with the U-21 team, if i am choosen. I already helped China NT by training a very good NT-player and i am really willing to do some more! I hope to be elected and learn something from this great team, this great culture and the great country of China.
If i am not elected for U-21, i will still be active for this team. Maybe as an assistent or a youthscout. Who knows! Of one thing i am sure: U-21 China will be a great team and i will be usefull for the team!

So kokkie, you have to decide, you going to be only a coach, or you going to help China, changing the country because of result in election isn't good for me.

I know it's painful, but If Carnvalist will accept to take you into his staff, maybe in future you will have more chances with our support.
