Subject: Geston? Who the hell is he?!

Hello there ;)

If you will take a look at my team prabably you will think that I'm not so good person to manage Zhōngguó NT. I'm in latest division and i'm not proud of it :> But if you think I'm not experienced or I dont have knowledge about managing nt - you are wrong ;) Why?
I should tell about how I started playing sk - I have a friend who showed me that game - emilst - now he is starting in voting to Polish NT coach and he is one of the favourites ;) I have many other friends who has succes in this game and I'm learning from them about this game ;)

Plans with NT
I think its clear that every who is a coach of NT is trying to do what he can best - and with me it is same ;) I'll try to contact with best team in leagues in china, watching a statistics of players, prabably I'll try to find scouts who would help me in this. But as everyone know - most of good players is plating abroad - so next point is to find best Chinease players in other countries ;)

About me
I have 21 years old, I'm student of computers technology in university of technology so I'm spending many time over the computer and always i have a time for sokker ;)

What I want to do?
As you can see here (its only in polish now but in will be in english to) I'm founder of official website of Polish NT, I was cooperating with current coach Raul and I'm cooperating now to with favourits in voting to NT and U-21 Polish coaches. We are working on program of promotion to sokker. If I will win this vote I will try to promote sokker in Zhōngguó and I will help players in staring a game what is one of the points in our program ;)

Just vote for me here and I hope I will make a good job. You have great players and they can fight if they will be good manage ;)

dude, what are your plans with NT of China? U talk about Some kind of website and el salvador??? U talk about Poland, but not even one single word about what u wanna do with NT of China.

I think this is hopeless...

Aff this is mistake cause firstly i was thinking i would start in el salvador.

About plan - this is not my plan - I'm working in group of moderators and a few other experienced players over a project of tutorials for beggining players. It will be created not in polish at least but in english and who knows, if greg will accept our project maybe in other languages ;)

Firstly and mostly - I have no chances to be a coach of biggest countries, I think you know why
Why China? I will lie i i tell sth like "they have potential etc..." cause everyone have it, so, Chine because I was looking for NT of small country, one of the lower beeing in ranking, one of the NT where I think i would have a chances to be a coach I think.

Question to you. Why everybody creating topics with their speaches in board Sokker Zhōngguó? In Poland everyone is banning for practicing it - NT Zhōngguó is a board where you should create your topics :>

well, China is quit big ;) 150 users allready. Compared to other "small" country;s it is a big country ;)

To be honoust, i dont think u have a chance. U dont present a plan what u want to do with NT, plus i think Carnavalist will be the NT, cause he has a straight forward plan, lots of help and support of the best sokker players of China ;)

But u can still try offcourse. It would help if u present a plan for NT ;)

150 is quit big, but look, in countries where are 20-50 players, just 2-5 is voting for one who is friend of them ;)
What about plan? First - and i wrote of it - is promoting sokker - look - if in China will playing more users there will be more "players" to treining, to selling abroad where they can be trained to and finaly to playin in NT. Example, when Raul (I think you know who is he) was coach of "Al Maghrib" - there Was just a few users, after his "promoting" the number of users increast to 40 ;)
I will write in first post about one thing more, but I think its clear that every one coach will try do what he can the best. My plan is to find best players as it possible, prabably I would find something like "scouts" who would help me.

i know, promoting is one thing as NT-coach u have to do, but dont u have any ideas how to play with NT? What are your goals for the Team, not the country ;) Thats what most Chinese players are interested in right now :)

I do think u have great contacts and some great ideas, but its just not complete. Im missing some parts ;) I think u do need to think about some more things then just promotion :) How about the language problem, for example.

I know that completing best players is just a part. China, what is true :(, is exotic team and its success for nt if they win any match, in last qualification season Chna won twice with Jamaica 1:0 and 2:0 :>
Dont lie ourselves, u-21 is for promoting mostly, so A team will play only for few points in qualification season. But I think i have a good one point more. I'm not master in making tactics, and everyone know that good players is not all to winning games, I know one user who is great tactic, he is real friend of mine (he showed me this game), he was famous once when he won competition for a tactic to one team, this team dont lose with "Shadow" (those time Shadow was winning everything in Poland), now this usuer in nearest future have a chances to be a coach of polish NT :>
Another point - I know users who is looking for exotic players to their teams just because they want have a NT player in squad. It could be good point for promoting chinease players :>
Next point - I could create a topic on polish board to promoting chinease players :>

Sorry, but I think there are better candidates. You need more experience, so first you should try as a coach.

Yes, and I still see diference between practise and knowlage. When I become coach of NT I was in VI league, so my expereince wasn't good, but I was sure of my skills.

Ohhh, and second issue, think with El Salvador... So you was there, now you are in this election, maybe tomorrow Cameroun?

What is more, i wrote somethink about my skills ;) and like you said "there si diference between practice and knowledge" - yes, and I know it, not like you when "You was sure of my skills" - thats why i wrote in my replies and speach about users who can help me in my work (cause I think about it like about a work, not about a fun and just beeing a coach for stupid words on Team Site "Coach: xxx")

About change El Salvador to China, you are wrong, I know that I have no chances to win, but I'll stay here to the end :>
