Hello!

At the beginning, I'd like to introduce myself! My login is ogor, I'm polish manager who started playing Sokker very long time ago but because of the lack of time I had to stop for some time. Not long ago I've come back and now I'm going to be here for ages. My team is Szaluna Zębice.In this season I promoted to polish VI league without leaving any hope for my opponents because I didn't lose any match and I drew only 2. I'd like to be a coach of U-21 National Team of China. I contact with many Polish and foreign players what might be useful in being a coach of national team. One of the importang things is also that I'm very active.I spend about five or six hourse on Sokker everyday so you will never have problems to communicate with me and to get an immediate answer.

MY LEAGUE:

My statistics in the league are impressive even if it wasn't high level of game. I scored 66 goals in 14 matches (average:4,71 for match!) and I lost only 2 (average: 0,14 for match!). I won 12 matches and I drew 2. In previous season it was very similar but a bit lower so I had to play ''play-off'' which I unluckily lost. But my successful transfers made me unavailable for opponent in my league and I'll have a chance to play with quite better teams but I want to promote again anyway.

MY FRIENDLY LEAGUE:

I organized a friendly league where 14 teams from 4 continents played! It shows I have ability to create and to lead. All members were very glad of it. It's also worth to take a notice for my achievement in the league. There played a lot of very strong clubs but I took second place! You can see by that how good tactic I am. My tactics look very normally but setting players is more complex than you can notice. It often surprises my opponnents who expect an ordinary 4-4-2 tactic but my footballer change their place on the pitch almost whole the time what makes my tactics more striking, more effective, more surprising.

WHY AM I A GOOD CANDIDATE? :
- I'm a good tactic and a good coach. I can appropriately fit players for some situations
- I'll make always actual and interesting ''Newspaper of National Team of China''
- I'll organize some contests about Sokker in China etc.
- I'll cooperate with users from China and I'll always hear your opinion and think over it
- I have a lot of contacts amid users from all over the world
- I can communicate in 3 foreign languages (English, German, Russian). It is neccessary in being a coach of national team to know some languages. It'll help me to talk to coaches of other national teams.
- I can only improve your situations, I can't broke because it almost can't be worse (I mean world ranking :p )

Because I know something about situation here, I was 3 times coach of senior NT, and I still read forum.

Respect mate! Very nice speech.. Your communication turns out to be quite good. ;)

But like Jiler told you, your chances are almost 0%. The Chinese community has already chosen for a Chinese manager for the U21. You can't change anything about that. And that Polish guy who got a vote, I think it's cheating or a misunderstanding. ;)

You haven't got enough experience for the moment.. Tactical skills are quite low aswell.
But I see the motivation is good, so keep on working!

You always use the same tactic, your strikers are a bit too low, your 2 central defenders are too low too, ... If I look some of your matches I could tell you some more.
