Subject: [U21] kokkiepower

Hi all,

My name is kokkie and im a dutch manager trying to become the U-21 coach of China!

I play sokker since 2006, so i can say i have a lot of experience. I have been advisor of Carnavalist 2 seasons ago.

My goals:
- try to reach the worldcup
- support U-21 player trainers with their training for our training
- scout good possible U-21 or even NT players.

Why China:

well, i have had a lot of players of vhina in my team. Current internationals Mao Ghuozheng and Ma Kexin were trained by me. Right now i have U-21 international Lin Guanzheng in my team!
I like the country, the culture and offcourse the sokkerteam!

I can't say you've got my full support, I hope you do understand it?
But you as U21 coach would be rather good in my opinion.

What do you mean? You haven chose nistlrooy as the U21 coach? Or isn't it decided yet?

Because kokkie and Sigur are two great candidates!
Sigur did work for us already the past 2 seasons, he updated many players in the DataBase and has enormous tactical skills. Last year he almost won in Belgium for the U21! If you elect him, you can be sure of the fact that he'll do the best he can. He spends lots of time on sokker and most important thing, he speaks Dutch, so we can work together perfectly. Because that's what we need, a good co-operation between A team and U21. Nistlrooy isn't bad either, I've told him through sk mail that he's one of the best Chinese managers, surely if it comes to tactics. But is he good enough already? That's the question.. I really hope he 'll be able to lead the U21 fluently, I'm sure he has the potential for it, but maybe it's too early. Maybe you could chose some experience first by electing Sigur for exemple. We still have some work to do with young players, updating skills, giving training advice, etc. It would be useful if Sigur can help me with this as U21 coach. I'm only looking forward, finding the best solution for China. Afterwords, nistrlooy can have his chance and I'm sure he will do great.

Sigur started playing sokker on : 2005-08-18. Don't understimate Sigur's experience. ;)

I did not vote, are still biding their time.

This session U21 coach has not decided a good choice.

nistrlooy will not necessarily be elected.

Sigur may be a good candidate, but other managers have their own ideas. I find it hard to sway them.

There is another point, Jiler seems to want to run this session of the U21 coach. So many good coaches all the more difficult choice.

Yeah xyleixin, I do understand what you are talking about. It's hard to persuade other Chinese managers to elect a foreign manager. Of course you prefer a Chinese U21 coach, but you have had one for the past 4 years. Isn't it time for some experience? A foreign manager will do good for China, he will do better than a Chinese coach. nistlrooy would be a very good coach in the future, but we need an experienced one now to finish the work. Next year it will be easier for him to be U21 coach and I'm sure he will do great.

Jiler would be a great U21 coach aswell!

Managers choose a foreign coach would be a good choice. I do not vote, wait for the views of Chinese managers.

So I decided to try in Slovenija one more time (I won last time, but another man has the same number of votes and he took care about NT), but I still miss time, which I spent here. I know that China isn't very well, but I have vision and who knows, maybe when I notice that you will need me more I'll come here and try to realise my plan, who know... :-)

Sigur or Kokkie could be very useful and strong candidates, but it's hard to persuade the Chinese community of their capability.
