Hi,

I'm Sigur, playing this game since 2005.

This is what I thing about what's needed for U21 China.

If you want to secure the future of China, than you have to choose a manager who want to do the following things:

On Player level
- Seach new players (Every 2 days)
- Keep them updated in the Database
- Knowledge of the players training.

On Game level
- Scouting the opponent
- Creating Tactics
- Set up players

These things are very important.

Trying to qualify for the World Championship with the current U21 ranking (74th pace) will be very difficult.-----
So the main target must be, trying to climb up the ranking to have an easier drawing in 3 seasons.----

This season I started a scouting system in Belgium with about 15 managers who are helping me. The same must be done with China. If it is possible, I also want to help starting such a system.

Also the communication between the NT and U21 is important, especially for small countries as China. Some young players are needed for both teams.
For example, there are better goalkeepers in U21 than in the big NT. The best communication is ofcourse between managers who speak the same language.

I already have some experience behind the scenes by helping BeGe and Carnavalist a little with updating the database.

Looked to our qualification group. As I told in my speech, it will be very difficult to qualify due to our ranking.

Will be lead by El God. There absolut starplayer is Hélène Villeret on the midfield.
Unpredicatable tactic, probably will play with 3 att and a winger to score as much as possible.
There rating will be around 55.

México
To many candidates who can win here. I think it will be a battle between Nuno_Valente and ofg_319.
rating of 55 is possible.

Hard to say something about tactics.

Colombia
JuanD probably will extend his NT candidacy
Currently playing with a rating around 50.
Found only 1 tactic which he mirrors from time to time.
Starplayers are Alonso Estrada and Tyler Aragón.

Guatemala
macoleiva79 will win the elections there. They have a rating round 40.
Has only two tactics to play, but looking very simular.
The star of Guatemala is Pantilo Costa.
The are higer in ranking but i must be possible to win against this team.

al-Jaza’ir
robert nouzaret will be the leader of al-Jaza’ir. Currently he is there NT coach.
The have an average mark around 30. There are no star players at Algeria. Tactic will be a guess, but will cause no problem. robert nouzaret has the knowledge of creating a tactic, but he is not taking this task serious. Played only 1 friendly last season
I am sure we will win against this team.


It will be very difficult to get a point or winning against France, México, Colombia.
Guatemala has a lower rating than china. We have to win against them.
Algeria is a must win with as many goals as possible.
The target must be 4th place with 12 points.

Friendlies must be arranged so we can climb up the ranking. Target over 2 seasons must be around place 50.

If you keep supporting China NT and community, you will eventually get the chance. We need new native Chinese managers to gain experience by taking on NT Coach, but we need experienced foreign managers as well. Your supports will be the great assets for us. :-)
