Subject: [U21] lilltrollet

Hi all Chinese sokker players,
My nick is lilltrollet and I have played sokker since 2005-12-27.

For the last 2 seasons I have been coaching the NT of Sweden, my aim was prior to raise the interest for NT in the Swedish community and also make sure that the "new generation" of players were trained well.
A mission now completed and successful.

Why China?
In my former work I was visiting China several times (mostly southern parts as Shenzhen and Guangzhou areas) and I feel more or less that China is a second homeland.

Anyway, you are a very capable and experience manager and I really want you to become U21 next season. I need an experienced, English speaking manager to work with since I hope to become coach of the A team once more. Still lots of work to do and a splendid co-operation between U21 and A team would be useful.

The Chinese community is very stubborn if it comes to electing foreign managers, it's hard to persuade them. They will always try to find a Chinese manager, but imo you are by far the best candidate and I think they can't ignore your presence here. Nistlrooy isn't that good as U21 coach as I declared in the other topic, so I hope the Chinese voters will use their common sense.

First of all, I welcome you to participate in U21's campaign. Also wish you good luck.

As for the Nistlrooy Will the election, this I do not know.
Most managers want an English manager would stand for election. Exchange convenient.

There are no questions of how I play?

OK let me try to explain anyway:
During the 2 past seasons I've never played same tactic twice, just for not letting the opponents know wht's to expect. (Except for some matches where we were superior and I played 3-4-3 with 2 wingers in a row, just to make that tactic as good as possible)
I have played 3-4-3 as said and both 4-4-2 and 5-3-2 with either 0, 1 or 2 wingers, I love to play with offside-traps but for that it's necessary that the DEF's have the right skills.

Of course I try to build my tactics "match-indivudual", depending on the opponents players/form/tactics but also of my own players skills and forms.

Very good! It's very important to achieve some good results.

And I also like to play with offside-traps, but of course there are some consequences and some things you need to keep in mind. Anyway, in most of the games I used the offside-trap, it turned out positive for China. I do not doubt at all about your tactical knowledge, seems fairly good imo. :)

Anyway, I'm willing to do that aswell. There are some very good translators online who can make communication with the Chinese community much easier.
