Hello.
My name is Narcis, i am 32years old, and i decided to candidate for your NT.
Since joining this game, in 26.12.2005 (long, long time ago :P ) I promoted from 6th Romanian league until 2nd Romanian league, i was NT Moldova coach for 1 season, , 1 season assistent coach for NT Romania, LA, Mod and Admin in this game (but this is other story :P).
You need a coach with experience in this game, who needs to know how to make a good tactic, what are the best requirments for using a player in one specific position, and who can help you by choosing a good training program for your players, to become a very good players.
I can do that, all you have to do, is to give me the chance to do that.
Not knowing your language, it will make it very hard to discuss with you if we are not using english language :)) , so i will need your help to coach this team.
I will make a staff with some of you, so i will need an assistent coach (who can speak and write english language), and 4 scouts (GK, DEF, MID, ATT), after that, we are ready for a fresh new start for NT.
If you want all that, vote me, if you dont want, vote anybody else ;)
